First off, I think Marcos is the best of the chain pizzas in the area. However, this location struggles a lot with the most recent trip being the last. Since opening weekend in Oct 2024, I think I got 1 order completely correct out of the 8 visits. Most issues were not a big deal like missing/wrong sauce cups and/or wrong cut or cook time. One trip included a wrong crust (regular when should have been thin.) I called in to let them know they made the mistake maybe thinking they would at least place a note prompting them to at least double check the next order, never once asking them to remake the pizza, or refund me, or even give me something free. ...Until an order placed on 6/8/2025. This pizza was the wrong size, missing toppings, and not cooked or cut right... may have even been someone else's pizza. Called, let them know, and for the first time, was offered a credit. Ordered again 6/24 to use my "credit" which i was then told was $15 (a little more than the cost difference between what i got and what i ordered last) Got home and the pictures show what I opened up. Raw onions and raw mushrooms clearly thrown on after the pizza was made. So, they realized the mistake and instead of owning up to it, they slapped the sticker to shut the box and that was it. At this point, I call the store to find out what's up and proceeded to be told I am a "constant complainer" and hung up on. So apparently they do keep notes on you. I mean, I wouldn't be a "constant complainer" if they got the order right every so often, right? This time I went back to the store, proceeded to be called the "complainer" by the manager who went on to explain he hung up on me because hes been getting complaints all day, then blamed the workforce in general. Sir, if you're getting complaints all day... CHECK YOUR EMPLOYEES WORK BEFORE THEY GO OUT!... Now that I know they keep notes on customers, I will NOT order Marco's from my account or phone number. Read moreVery very dissatisfied yet again. Decided to give this Marcos one more try. I was sitting waiting for my order. When I had over heard a guy yelling at one of the female workers. I can hear him swearing at her and constantly yelling. Next thing I know I saw her walk out crying and the tall guy gave me my order and he was still continuing to yell at her while she walked out of the building. Someone should really do something about this place it’s going down hill very very fast. This is a very unprofessional pizza place I have ever seen. The only thing that was nice was the mix lady taking my order. As I waited for my order to be made. I saw a long hair guy eating a sandwich where they cut and box the pizzas. It must of been lunchtime or something. I believe they were very busy at the time seeing all of the orders on the rack. I was watching the long haired guy he was still eating and boxing up the food without washing his hands. Now to me that is very unsanitary and against food safety. I tried calling the store to talk to someone aka manager after I had left. I was told they are too busy to talk. I will be reporting this Marcos to the health department. Read moreWonderful, hot, delicious and flavor packed food every time, every order, every meal. The garden, all meat, Philly cheesesteak pizzas a few of my personal favorites and recommendations. You can never go wrong with the subs either. Steak and cheese, the Italiano, and meatball subs are packed with flavor. The salads are the best I’ve had the pleasure of ordering and the best around. I suggest a family size to really get a great feeling for what the salads, which are made fresh, with fresh produce and meats. The Italian and chicken Caesar are phenominal.
Lastly I need a good shot out to my guys Tomas, Christian, Bo, and James and my Ladies Asia and Deep, for always consistently rising to the occasion to ensure the highest customer satisfaction, quality of food, order and organization, communicable, approachable and an all around top tier staff!
