When you mess up an order on Uber eats, and you offer the customer a free pizza…. But then give him grief when he calls in to redeem said free pizza, is not indicative of the type of customer service I would expect from the HIGHEST PRICED pizza joint in Indiana. ( No joke, research it)!

There are only TWO people that have treated me well in the 3 times that I've been there!!!

Kayla ( I believe she is some sort of manager or something similar) treated me kindly, kept me informed, and received a tip commensurate to my experience with her during my lunch visit a few months ago.Awesome employee in my eyes

The other is named Suzy. She was doing her best to help me on the night in question and to get me the pizza. I asked her after she approached me, and she kept an eye out for it.

I would avoid the manager Anne at all costs if she is at the register as she was the 1 being quite rude. She almost didn't want to take my order on the phone…. I told her that her general manager sent me an email and that I wanted them to fulfill it please..she let out an audible HUFF. 🤔🙄

Anne told me my order would be ready in 10 to 15 min. Upon arrival, 20 minutes later, I approached the register and asked for Anne. She respond I am Anne. She seemed flustered and preoccupied. No communication on her part WHATSOEVER other than after telling her I was there to pick up the pizza she said, "we'll get to it." ( really?!?.. I thought you said 15 min... I didn't arrive until it was 20 min after I called..AND IT HADNT EVEN BEEN STARTED??😡) I was told after 5 minutes I'm next... and I waited for another 25 minutes for the pizza.

Anne seemed in the weeds and frustrated and did not display professionalism nor any type of managerial behavior that I would consider positive or conducive to a business environment. She did spend what seemed like an inordinate amount of time with the two other employees cutting pizza and whispering and staring.

If you say 10 to 15 min, don't make the customer wait! If I had been told it would take longer oe they were busy, I would have understood. Tell me one thing and do the opposite, I question your word.

Yes, the pizza is good when made properly. Still doesn't excuse the behavior. Day shift seems much more relaxed and friendly.

I will not be frequenting this location anymore. Not only are they expensive, but rude. Not a good combination. I suggest you find a different...

We took our son there for his 5th birthday, had breadsticks, deep dish pizza, and two personal pizzas. The staff made a bonehead move, then more than made up for it as we were walking out. One of their team members chased us down in the parking lot with two cookies for my children and completely turned our experience around. My son’s favorite moment of his day was the man that brought out a cookie for him for his birthday and had one for his sister so he didn’t have to share.

After a very civil disagreement between us and an employee That gesture by their teammate, will have us returning. Without the thoughtfulness of a birthday cookie for my son and his sister; I don’t think we would ever have returned. I personally want to thank them for changing our minds on the experience we had tonight.

The food was excellent and well prepared. The pizza Looks like a picture from a food magazine the bread sticks were phenomenal. The price is what you’d expect for high-end pizza place but I look forward to eating there again.

Thank you for making a memorable...

Just ordered here for the first time. I ordered online and came in to grab my pizza. There was literally no one inside eating and I stood at the front desk while 3 people walked by me like I wasn’t there not even acknowledging me. I understand if you have something more important to do than deal with a customer that’s waiting but you say “I’ll be with you in a minute” or something not just ignore the person. Then I said I’m here to pick up my order and the lady just says “it’s probably up front” and acted as if I should know that when I have never been there before. The pizza and breadsticks were not bad but a little pricey. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning solely because the employees rubbed me the wrong way. Not only do you not know how to do customer service but you don’t even know how to just be a decent person. I don’t know how they have made it this long. People must like over paying for pizza and having people...

Stopped in for lunch on a weekday. Not much of a crowd. Service was friendly and prompt. Menu was a little different, some standard stuff with some pretty off the wall stuff. Beer selection was disappointing for a place that bills itself as craft pizza and beer. Just some local brews that can be had readily at any grocery store. No rotating taps or seasonal offerings. Got the Fire in the Hole pizza, which was pretty decent, but not terribly exciting. A bit light on the toppings for the price. The breadsticks were pretty good. Kinda reminded me of those giant soft pretzels. A touch of spice in the cheese sauce, but nothing extravagant. In all, not bad, but there are many better options in this category at this price point.

Way overpriced, but pizza is decent. And staff was incredibly helpful and upbeat! Our carry out total was $76 before tip for the following: 2 large thin crust pizzas, one deep dish, and 12 breadsticks with sauce. The breadsticks are yummy but so thin and $1 piece. See photo. A large pizza is really just an average sized pizza so in my opinion, is not worth $24 (!!) for the deep dish shown in my photos. We did utilize a 20% off mailer coupon that brought our total to $60. That brought it closer to what I would expect for this amount of food. It wasn’t terrible, but we likely will not be returning. It’s always good for Franklin to have more options.
