Very Very Disorganized And Possibly Racist!! Was ordering to go and several people in line mentioned having issues with them from losing their orders to taking forever to bring them. I should have taken that as a sign and left, but decided to still give them a try. All I can say is NOPE NADA NEVER AGAIN! They took my cash, took forever to bring the food AND the older mom looking lady had the nerve to ask me if I had paid as she was handing me my order. I replied yes. My husband and I left and while in our car the disorganized young lady who was taking people's orders came all the way out to our car, knocked on our window asking us if we paid?! NOW THIS IS YET THE SECOND TIME that we are being questioned about paying our bill! WHAT?! SERIOUSLY?! So I reminded her about the $20 bill that was handed to her and the change that she handed us and she sheepishly left our car. That means that mom, whom I already said YES to, didn't believe me! So she sent her daughter to our car. This also proves how incredibly disorganized they are because they SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CHECK THEIR SYSTEM TO SEE IF I HAD PAID AND THEREFORE NOT INSULT ME BY CHASING ME DOWN AFTER I TOLD THEM I HAD PAID! I'm not usually that person but in this case, it does look kinda strange that they did that to me and my husband and no one else. Successful through COVID-19 unpleasantries, I look forward to it's lasting a good while longer. Authentic, consistent, and sometimes so busy you'll have to wade through the crowd the place is great for a quick lunch or a leisurely dinner with friends.

Family owned and operated, Pancho's Place has staff that have been reliable partners for many years. Perhaps they're family, too? Several of my friends have been coming so many years they're recognized immediately and sometimes served without needing to place an order. Even they have become a part of the large, extended family of regular customers.

My opinion is influenced by a restaurant's chips, salsa, and margaritas. These simple things hint at the regional spices and recipes of the kitchen. If you like them, you're sure to find other menu items enjoyable. The frozen margaritas are excellent (I'm not a rocks person.) The salsa's spicy heat varies now and again, as do fresh peppers, but the flavor is consistently good.

It's a treat to find the levels of loyalty and consistency offered by Pancho's Place. Your mileage will vary along with the peppers, the depth of the crowd, and how close Pancho's recipes are to the part of Mexico your tastes are accustomed to. No place is perfect, so you'll also experience the ups and downs. You may even find me there on any given Monday.

Me and my husband walked in at 1pm on Sunday. Yes it's very bust so we waited about 20 mins to be seated. It is now past 2pm and we have eaten 2 baskets of chips, 2 bowls of salsa and they finally bring out the cheese dip we ordered 1st thing, the older guy said he forgot about it and it got to our table 30 mins later. Still waiting for our food as we see tons of meals going to all.other tables and I'm feeling like maybe our order was lost or something. My cheese dip is now cold, it'll definitely have to be warmed up when our meals get here. They keep looking at us but no one has even came and asked us anything. Super disappointing. They have a ton of people working today so having employees isn't the problem. I'm not even hungry anymore because of all the chips, salsa and cheese dip I've eaten 😕 Finally got our food, service was very slow with our table and there never was anyone to.come check on our table before or after the over hour wait for our less than average food. Once we got our bill we were way over charged so my guess is they are writing whatever prices they want to on your bill so make sure you pay attention to your bill prices because ours definitely was well over what the menu said. Over priced, under quality and even tho it seemed like ther were lots of employees all over the place working, not one ever checked on our table. Super...
