Panda Express — Restaurant in Franklin

I showed up here and forgot my wallet. No problem have my wife put in a pick up order. I let them know before the order arrived and the name. When they wrapped my order I showed them the order number uber eats gave us and they said the orders numbers dont match. Keep in mind my wife has a very unique name. So I spent 20 mins here showing them screen shots of every page of the uber eats order and the share link to the uber eats page. Contacted uber eats customer service and showed them the screens of that interaction as well. Finally I said to the lady look I told you the order and the name before it came in and she gave me the order at this point uber customer service was calling them. I told them hey they are calling you. She gave me my order and by the time I got to the car uber had canceled the order. So I went back in and gave them the order back and the lady tells me its okay sir you can keep it. I said no thanks. Ironic that they made me sit there for 30 mins showing them everything then when the order was canceled they wanted me to keep the food. Zero common sense won't go to this...

**I did give them another chance 2 weeks later and was pleased to say that I think they got their service together and the entire staff was changed. THANK YOU!!!! Below is original review with 1 star. Updated to a 4 now.

The management recently changed and now has terrible service. The service was slow, food was not up to the line. When I calmly mentioned this, Jojo disagreed very quickly. They were more worried about taking temperature of food instead of waiting on the 10+ guests that were there waiting. The egg roll and noodles did not even seem to be very warm at all. This use to be my wife and I’s favorite place to grab a quick takeout but now I am not sure if we will be back. The last 2 times we have been have been noticeably bad, concerning service and colder food.

I believe Christian(who was old manager) and Amanda(who was assistant or just worked there) moved to Spring Hill. We want them back! They were AWESOME and...

Don't usually like to write bad reviews but I could not let this one go by without letting people know.

Just moved into the area and my wife was wanting Chinese take out. This place was the closest and shame on me for not looking at reviews. After waiting an hour for the order to get here I removed the food from the bag and something right off the bat didn't smell right I seriously gagged when I put the first fork full in my mouth! The food was definitely spoiled..

I ended up tossing the whole take out order in the trash and ordered at another local place close by.

I called and spoke to the driver and he said he would relay my message to the owner but I'm not expecting I'll hear anything so I'll probably dispute the $40 with my debit card.

STAY AWAY PLEASE! BEFORE SOMEBODY GETS REAL SICK. I would of felt terrible if my kids and wife ate it...
