Alright so I’m writing this review not because the food was bad, but the service I received was the worst of my whole life.When I tried to order the lady taking my order interrupted me very rudely and told me to speak up.When I did she yelled at me to speak louder.When I told her to stop being so stupidly rude and just let me order , she promptly hung up and came striding outside to the patio. She started yelling at me and saying that I was a f’ing little Bish, that I was very rude, and disrespected sonic and their food. You could tell how much she loved sonic food because she looked like she should be on an episode of my 600 pound life. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said I am the f’ing manager. I decided to just be the bigger person and just order what I wanted very politely.After I was done eating I was driving away only to see her smoking in her car at a stall, even though it is against Sonic’s rules to be smoking on their property. Read moreLet me preface this with my knoledge and realization of the challenges that ALL food service places are really struggling due to Covid/workforce challenges but most of these observations were occurring before Covid took hold of the world. This location struggles to provide truly, acceptable customer experience. Some visits, the food is ok and the service- usually the exchange through the intercom system - is tenuous. I know that can be a challenge but sometimes it seems the person on the other end isn't even trying to listen. That in itself has resulted in many wrong orders. Many times we've received our food and it looks like the burger was made in a pitch black room by a person with a blindfold on that was wearing mittens. Just sloppy assembly with little regard to the end result. I'd like to see management push a bit harder on the staff to achieve not only an acceptable customer experience but go beyond that and have pride in providing a GREAT customer experience. The location on Hillsboro has its challenges but overall seems to have a better handle on how to execute...
Read moreHorrible service. We tried three times to get 2 of the exact same shakes. We were very polite and having a girls night. The first person we talked to acted like she couldn’t hear us, then hung up. The second person responded quickly so there was nothing wrong with the speaker. Second person was rude and cut us off, we had a coupon ignored us. We called the store and tried talking to someone and they said ok, and hung up, didn’t ask what stall or who the rude speaker was. After that we waited 5 minutes for help and nothing happened. Keep in mind there was nobody else in the stalls besides another car waiting for food. Freaking sucks, they were so rude we left. What are the chances of the same thing happening...
