The MAIN complaint I have with this Wendy's is that they seem the MAIN job requirement for working the drive thru has to read "Must have SEVERE attitude problem and not care at all about your customers!" The people who work inside are wonderful and so is the management. But every time I use the drive thru I end up dealing with a HUGE attitude from a person with absolutely NO customer service skills. Case in point. I was in a hurry and am on a lo carb diet, so I LOVE the Wendy's because they will let you exchange the french fries for a Caesar side salad at no extra charge and I can take the bun off the burger and it's a perfect lo carb meal. So I go this Wendy's today and order a Double Cheeseburger combo with no ketchup or tomato and asked to substitute the fries for the salad... which I've done at EVERY Wendy's I've ever been to... and was told by the woman in the speaker that they couldn't do that! I said that the "NATIONWIDE COMMERCIAL ON TELEVISION said that you do." I am almost positive that this a company store and not a franchise because they run EVERY special I've ever seen advertised. Needless to say, she would not budge and insisted that she could not substitute and I was in a hurry so I paid for the combo meal... complete with fries I was going to have to just throw away and paying extra for my salad. Read moreI have no words for this unprofessional lack of customer service Wendy’s. I was craving one of my childhood delights so I went here. I order the spicy chicken sandwich combo and replaced the drink with a chocolate frosty. I also order a 10-piece and 4-piece spicy nugget. I get my order and get to MackHatcher and realized they gave me a double burger instead of a spicy chicken.🤔 So I had to go all the way back. I told them my order was wrong and I would like the fries, frosty, and sandwich replaced because I eat it all together or a refund. I get to the window they take the food back and give me partial of the refund. Really.🤔 Since I did all that waiting in line and had to come back they should have refunded my complete order. At least that is what other eateries I go to do. But I guess that's what happens when you down grade to fast food that I haven't had in forever. It's truly sad to see the food industry going down. Some of these people should not be working around people since their demeanor shows they don't like people. Well, that childhood memory will stay a childhood memory….😔 And I'm still hungry but since I am an outstanding healthy cook. I will just prepare something at home. What I should have done at first. Read moreIt was quick and easy to order. I had #8 I believe it was a baconator meal large with Sunburst Melon lemonade and it was less than $15. But I have to say it was quick and the lady taking orders handing out the orders getting drinks and taking money was so kind and very pleasant nor did you feel rushed and she was very polite. She deserves kudos. I went there at the Franklin one 7/20 at 12:30 ish so lunch crowd. Now the food mmmm I love there hot crispy fries they BEAT McDonald's hands down to me. Now the hamburger actually was bigger than you hand, there was cheese that you can see and yes people it was melted also.(I know that is a new concept 😀) Plus there were actually REAL strips (and I do mean actual strips) of bacon that covered the burger. It hot juicy and delicious like a burger should taste and on a scorcher of a day we were having 98 degrees in shade that lemonade helped quench my thirst.
