They asked me if I wanted it mikes way, I said yes but not any oil or vinegar. Still wanted the spices, lettuce tomato and onion. But added the vin and oil anyway. Disregarded me telling them to stop. Explained it again near screaming. So she scraped off the toppings to do it over. But added oil again anyway Disregarded me again telling her to stop. Blank stare look. Mine was gluten free I grt you dont remake it. But the whole bun was soaked twice and so disgusting I couldn't eat it. It was tuna. So it was already a really wet sandwich. When it came to my second sandwich ordered I had to scream at them and make an X sign just to get them to stop. No way my other order person would have still attempted to ear theirs. It was made correct. But the extreme to go to get it that way. Im sure the kids behind me made a TikTok out of me with how ridiculous I had to talk to this person just to get a correct order. I felt dumb. Im sure the employee hated me for yelling but I couldn't have a second ruined sandwich. It was like the geico commercial where the waitress smears the mayo on the side of the table and hands back the piece of bread. Who does that? The bread was soaked. Her scraping it off and doing it again...
Read moreThis location is always my go to for a quick bite to eat! Mike and his staff are always on top of their stuff! When I went in yesterday the young woman there, Brooklyn, met me by the slicer to take me order. She is always so kind when I'm there, she treats me like a friend more than a customer which is a nice change of pace compared to some other fast food options. I got the giant #9 on the rosemary parm bread and it was delicious! She took the extra minute to weigh my sub to ensure I was getting my money's worth, which after paying almost $20 for a sanwhich, I appreciated. I was even given a couple coupons for my next visit at the register. I will always recommend this location to friends and family, so much better...
Read moreI went to go grab some subs today with my father and was taken aback over how a manager handled a situation with their staff. An employee dropped a glass bottle and instead of the manager taking charge and cleaning up the broken glass (which was a slippery safety hazard) he told them to just keep taking orders and ignored the problem. I feel really bad for the other staff as there was a nice lady who greeted us the moment we entered even though they were busy and cashed us out with a smile. The other staffers were also very polite and the food still tasted great. These people and their perseverance through a poor-attitude manager is the only reason I gave three stars. Let’s remember to not take out our bad days on...
