Imagine going to a bar with a group of 25 people, excited to have a good time, only to be met with the manager and staff throwing a complete fit because they actually have to work. Yes, you read that right. The owner/manager was visibly upset and made it clear that serving a group of paying customers was apparently too much for them to handle.

The poor waiter had to awkwardly explain that the cook was complaining because there were “too many orders.” I mean, isn’t that the whole point of running a bar or restaurant? To serve food and drinks to customers? Instead, we felt like we were an inconvenience, like we should apologize for daring to bring business to this place.

The energy was awful, the service was slow (not the waiter’s fault, they were clearly overwhelmed and unsupported, and the overall vibe made it clear that this place is not equipped to handle a crowd. If you can’t manage a bar when it’s busy, maybe reconsider your...

My husband and I arrived approximately two hours before a hockey game and, despite there being only three other patrons at the bar, we were overlooked by the bartender. After finally flagging down the bartender to place a second drink order, we also ordered an appetizer. Unfortunately, we waited 45 minutes without receiving our food.

Due to time constraints, we ultimately had to cancel our order. I was disappointed to find that the bartender seemed indifferent to our situation. As someone with 15 years of bartending experience, I have never encountered such a lack of attentiveness or professionalism.

Waitress made this experience awful. 1. Served Dirty Shirley temple in place of ST to a 10 year sober customer and thought it was nothing. We inquired to which were 1/2 off apps she said not offered, even though posted. We all ordered their "well drinks" as they were $2. My bill came charging for incorrect ST $4.50 My $2 bourbon was up charged to Crown Royal charged 3x amount. I was not served crown royal but charged. I have been in here many times usually during day. This evening with Dawn felt like a "total rip off'. I ordered chili and side salad $11. Very good. A couple drinks and tip $25.00 budget perfect. My bill came to $48.00 had to pull credit card. VERY Disappointed...
