Arby's — Restaurant in Frederick

Wow! Firstly, the store was IMMACULATE, every surface and table was clean. I ate fries I dropped on the table, THAT IS HOW CLEAN IT IS.

The staff here is TOP NOTCH, the employees were polite and treated me with patience and respect, my order was correct, and she ensured that I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. Better than most times I am in a full service restaurant.

The young man in the light colored striped shirt who I assume is a manager, however, DESPERATELY needs to learn interpersonal skills. Body language, facial expression, verbal tone, all of the above showed me his displeasure in serving me. All I asked him for was a bag to take my leftovers to go.

As a 10 year customer service veteran, I plead you to look into the potential of the wonderful employees here, they truly outshined their management today.

AGAIN, I implore the owners of this business to look into the quality of staff here, and to ensure that the managers are who you want representing your business. Because I cannot in good faith recommend others to patronize this...

Wow, they really do have the meats!! We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of our meal. Four of us chowed down on sandwiches Sunday. One Reuben, regular sized, one Reuben double stacked, one loaded Italian, and one crispy chicken sandwich, three orders of onion rings, and sodas made up our meal. The Reuben sandwiches were served on a marble rye, well received and deemed excellent by the eaters. The Italian met with approval as well, by the 91 year old eating it! And she nearly finished it, leaving only a bite or two of the bread. The crispy chicken sandwich was quite good, hot, with a toasty bun. The chicken was large enough to cover the bun completely, so you had chicken in every bite. The onion rings were huge! Hot enough to be able to have them hot, still, when we ate the last ones after we finished our sandwiches. We finished everything, except for the bites of bread mentioned earlier. This place is a joke. My son and I stood here waiting for someone to take or order. Upon the girl taking orders at the drive through telling two other employees we were standing there, those employees continued to talk and laugh it up with each other. Then another gentleman came up and no acknowledgment from him either. I believe he was the manager. He then started talking to one of the other employees as well. That’s when I told my son let’s go elsewhere, they obviously don’t care. The gentleman gave me a dirty look as we walked out but never said a word. Customer service is lost art these days. I will never visit this Arby’s again and maybe I won’t visit any Arby’s at all.
