The food is actually great! However the woman who answers the phone is very rude. Customer service will make or break a business. She answers the phone as if it's her house phone. She refused to repeat my card number over the phone. When I asked her for a timeframe when the food will be ready she tried to cut me off to say bye. I asked again and she advised whenever it's done and they were about to close and then she was going home! Like what does that have to do with my order. Oh my goodness, the food is amazing. My husband and i have eaten lots of chinese trying to find a good place and we usually drive over an hour to a place we like and this place blew that out of the water. My kids love the lo mein (my husband thought it was ok) i love the crispy beef and the red thai curry. Usually the crispy beef i get elsewhere is too dry and there was plenty of sauce. I've never eaten there, however I did call to see how far they would deliver. The woman who answered said three miles and that's fine. I mistook who I had called for another restaurant and the same woman answered and was so bluntly rude as if I were a child or without a brain. From the rudeness on the phone alone I will never give them my money. She was a jerk. To be honest, the reviews weren't that great to begin with so I'm glad I didn't waste my money.
