Level Up VR — Attraction in Frederick

I purchased a family session for Christmas and we finally were able to schedule it for April. Even though prices increased between when I bought the gift voucher and the time I scheduled the session, they honored the original pricing. After our session, I was completely willing to pay the difference, though they wouldn't accept it. That's how much fun the session was for my family and me. The staff were engaging, friendly, and clearly competent. They explained every step of the process and tolerated our banter and excitement. We had an amazing time at this VR gaming spot! We played four different short VR games, and each one was a total blast—super immersive, creative, and just plain fun. It was the perfect mix of excitement, laughs, and friendly competition.

What really took the experience to the next level was Shane. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful. Whether it was explaining the games, helping us get set up, or encouraging us as we played, Shane made sure everything ran smoothly and that we were having a great time. This was an amazing experience. I accidentally booked the next day and showed up the day prior. Ariel transferred our reservation and stayed late to make it work for us, which is AMAZING customer service. We did the space station VR escape room and it was great. This wasn’t just an escape room with a puzzle and a bunch of locks, this was really a interactive experience with multiple problems and skills (for example, piloting the space station, docking with another ship, and a spacewalk) all of which were different and fun. We solved our escape experience early and Ariel ran a short VR game for us so we got our entire time and then some.
