Was able to preview the food since we know the owners from another local gem. The cold Shor soup had a perfect acidity and the Ash Noodle with Beef is an amazing bite. We had the lamb kabob which was well seasoned. The understated star may be the eggplant/yogurt dipping side dish which is so satisfying after the kabob bite. Ask for the chutney for the kabob too. This will be my new favorite takeout spot in Frederick! We tried the lamb, chicken, and ground beef kabobs - all three were excellent. The veggie trio was also delicious, with the pumpkin being my favorite of the three veggies.
