They gave the person in front of me at the drive-through my order. She drove around the building came back brought it in and they tried to give it to me. I told them they could not give me something that she already left with. They went around the corner, stuck it in a new bag and brought it right back 15 seconds later. I explain to them again that they cannot give me food that is already left the building with somebody else if they were responsible if I were to be poisoned/etc. The young kids had no idea what I was talking about and said we were going to need to pull over and will make your sandwich. Word of advice: check the quality of your drive-through order before you leave the parking lot -so you don't discover improperly cooked food when you are miles away from the restaurant. Read moreMy wife and I have been enjoying the meatless burgers for years and I've missed my visits to the King. But today was our first visit to BK for their Impossible Whopper. Everything was fresh and as I remembered it but we spoke with management about how dry the burger was. The manager was very polite and reviewed the process to prepare the meatless burger. We feel it's a bit overcooked and maybe less time in the broiler would be the answer.
