I decided to take my family out to dinner today, we decided to eat here. Let’s just say this is the best restaurant we’ve been to in a while. We were here from 6:20 pm - 7:25 pm today on July 21st 2022. As soon as we entered we were greeted and asked how many people we were having today, I told the nice lady we are on the waiting list for 6:30 pm but she was able to get us a booth table early! We looked at the menus and a minute later our waiter came up and asked if we wanted any drinks or appetizers to start us off. We told him the drinks we wanted and asked if we could have the bread, cheese fries, and bloomin onions as our appetizers. He immediately brought us our drinks and then a couple minutes later got us our appetizers. The waiter was amazing, he always asked if we needed anything else, refills, all that stuff. We got our food that we ordered and he made sure we were all good and didn’t need anything else before going. After we got our food the manager came over and asked if everything was okay, tasted good, and looked good. We told her yes and that everything tastes and looks amazing, she was a really kind, amazing manager. Me and my brother decided we wanted some deserts and ordered the butter cake and the thunder and lightening. Let me tell you guys, this was the most amazing dessert we have ever tasted. The thunder and lightening tasted sweet, rich, and amazing. The butter cake tasted even better than my brother had imagined. We asked for to go boxes and a bag for the to go boxes, the waiter once again was so kind and got them for us and even helped us put the food in the to go boxes and put the to go boxes in the bags! Overall, great service, amazing food, and amazing workers. To everyone working there that reads this, I hope you know how much we appreciate you guys being so polite and trying your guys absolute best to make sure we had an amazing meal, and an amazing time. Even though I know work can be hard sometimes, I hope all the employees there have a nice rest of their year. We definitely will be...
Read moreWhere do I begin? We went to Outback for my daughters 18 birthday dinner. I put my name in online for a 7:15 wait list. At 7pm I decided to go confirm that. Turns out, my name wasn’t on there. My name was then added. I was told that I would have priority seating with the 1 hour wait. We were seated at 8:30. Party of 7 put on a booth with a chair at the end. Not enough room once there is food on the table. Our orders were brought to the table and 3 sides were incorrect. Server said she brought what she heard. When we asked for the correct sides we were met with some attitude. The manager was very nice and brought the correct sides and gave us all a new round of beverages. The next time we saw the server, was when the suggestion of dessert came about. The server said she would clear the dishes from the table to make room for the dessert plates. 3 desserts and the birthday dessert were ordered. Since another manager was asked to bring them, we didn’t know which was which. There was no opportunity to “happy birthday” my daughter because they just dropped her dessert off and walked away. We didn’t know what was hers! No one told us. I ordered coffee twice. Didn’t get it. I didn’t even get MY dessert. I was handed my daughters birthday dessert but we didn’t know that’s what it was. After that, we complained and a discount was taken off of some of the checks, but not the largest one. When the female manager came back with the adjusted checks, she very snarkily said “ hope you have a nice rest of your evening” while slapping the checks on the table. I’m sure I missed some of the mistakes here, but the point is made. We were treated like a bunch of crabby children, which we were not. We thanked everyone, even though the experience was horrible. WE apologized when ordering and had substitutions. I hate to sound like a Karen, but we were treated like children and our server couldn’t do her job. We will never go back there again. From beginning to end, a nightmare, of an 18th...
Read moreWe stopped by this Outback on Sunday evening and had a very mediocre experience. First our waitress, Ashley, didn't show up to our table for 10 minutes to get our drink order. I'll not exaggerating when I say she showed to our table maybe 4 times total during a 2 hour dinner. A dinner that took 2 hours MOSTLY due to waiting on her. Hands down one of the least attentive waitresses I've ever had. She greatly needs some work on her serving skills. Aside from her, I was just as disappointed in the customer service from the wait staff. I sat with an empty water glass for over 15 minutes, with server after server walking right by me. I had to ask for water from a different server, who in turn asked another server, who in turn asked another. This was extremely disappointing to see. Very much a lack of team work and care for the customer. Finally when our meal was over, another server once again, took our final bill because Ashley disappeared. That was the ONLY waiter who took initiative. Maybe it was only because he needed to clean our area, but I wished I would have caught his name to provide positive feedback. Aside from the front line being very disappointing, the cooks were phenomenal and the food was delicious and cooked as ordered. This Outback needs training on what it means to serve the public and a manager that knows when a server is performing this poorly. In all of my adulthood I have never felt so compelled to write a review such as this, but something needs to change at...
