Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Frederick

50 minutes and counting and the food is still not here. Have we called the store, oh yeah, and there answer - "It's on it's way." Yeah, thanks bub we knew that at 6:04pm and it is now 6:52pm. Guess what? It still has not shown up so, what kind of lie are you going to tell me next? Oh, now you tell me that the driver arrived at my house and delivered the pizza to who? Answer: Some mysterious black guy, who was waiting in my yard. 1) We have no yard. 2) There is no one here except the people that ordered the food. And yeah, awesome, thanks for taking the side of the driver and claiming that we are liars. Yeah way to earn repeat business. NOT!!! (Excerpt from a Store Conversation)

Thank you for telling me that after waiting for over 50+ minutes for a delivery and after 2 calls to the store; that the driver returned after making a successful delivery to a random BLACK GUY in our driveway. 1) We don't have a driveway. 2) No one was waiting outside of our house or in 30 degree weather for you. ESPECIALLY NOT A RANDOM BLACK GUY!!! Thank you to the Store Manager who sided with the driver, who went to the wrong house where a random BLACK GUY was and delivered our food and allowed this random BLACK GUY to sign my name and give him my financials. As a bonus you will not get my business ever because this Hispanic couple will be going elsewhere. On a side note we have a home security system. We never saw the driver enter our court or pass our house. We checked the video and there was no random BLACK GUY sitting in front of our door. Time for you to do some random drug testing for random BLACK...

If I could give this a 0 star review I would. I am extremely upset with this location. Weeks ago I ordered a pizza and cinnamon sticks from Domino's to be delivered and this location was unfortunately the closest to me so they got the order. Through the app I tracked my order and it sat there waiting for a long time before being delivered. By the time I received my order the pizza was cold. The cinnamon sticks had NO CINNAMON OR BUTTER. So what I received was pieces of twisted bread with nothing on them. I immediately reached out to customer support through Domino's but was told because this location was locally owned they would have to contact me directly. Well WEEKS have passed. I have reached back out to customer support to see when I will hear something and they said the store tried to call and left me a voicemail. This store did not call me and did not leave me a voicemail. This store made no attempt to fix their service. Worst customer service I have ever had with a Domino's. Save your money. Go to a local pizza place or just any...

I never like leaving bad reviews unless the customer service matches the poor quality. This spot typically has decent pizza. Every so often I get a a pizza that isn’t the greatest, but we just eat it and hope it was just a one time deal. Things happen. This one was horrible.

This evening I did a curbside. I was tired, worked, and didn’t feel like cooking. Pizza is quick and easy.

Got home and the pizza didn’t look great. All of the pepperonis were hard or overcooked. The crust was so hard and there was hardly any sauce on the pizza.

I called in and the only thing they offered was for ME to drive back to the store again and swap it. I was not riding back out a second time. They offered no credit or a delivery of the pizza. I’m sorry, but I was extremely dissatisfied this evening. We have been customers for so many years. Never complain. I would have accepted them coming and swapping our pizza.
