Taco Bell — Restaurant in Frederick

My husband and I really like Taco Bell. We’ve gone to all of the ones in Fredrick at this point. The one near the mall (the KFC/Taco Bell) and the one East of Frederick (by sheetz and Wendy’s etc.) have both screwed us over multiple times. Meanwhile, this Taco Bell not only has the kiosk and Fries but the environment is always quiet, they’ve never screwed up my order, the staff is kind and gets things done.

I usually get the Crunchwrap supreme and they put such a perfect amount of food in while keeping it wrapped perfectly! Additionally, the manager (I believe he’s the manager) seems to do a great job of organizing and running the place. I don’t know where all the bad reviews came from but unless you come on a bad day this Taco Bell really is the best...

This staff is amazing, they are kind, quick, and our orders are always correct even with substitutions and additions to regular order recipes. Had experienced an issue with our card being charged and Kathy went above and beyond to help us and it wasn’t even something that was their systems fault. cashapp was having systematic issues and it was cashapps fault. But she still made the efforts to go through her system, contact me back about the issue and extended the option for communication in case it wasn’t resolved through cashapp. She is incredible and made things so so simple to deal with 10/10 by far the best Taco Bell in the tristate and the best staffing in the tristate. This Taco Bell location on West Patrick St. is the best in Frederick. Every time I order, there is never a mess up and everything is always hot and fresh! Customer service here is 5/5. Whoever the Store Manager is deserves a pay raise. Staff are very friendly & professional as well. Come here if you want Taco Bell, they do it right!

I live much closer to the 7th street location and I avoid going there, the service there is awful, food is cold and sloppy and I know its fast food but sometimes the wrapper is drenched in liquid/water...seems like the workers are half-assin all the time and very rude and have made insults.

Again just to be clear, Taco Bell on 40/West Patrick is always on...
