Rasco Pizza — Restaurant in Frederick

So I’ve order delivery a lot from here and the pizza and salads are usually good. Wings are sometimes soggy by the time they arrive and I’ve had uneven luck with them. Recently received a pizza that looked like it was dropped since nearly all the sauce and cheese shifted to a corner of the box. I scooped toppings back on pizza and it was edible. It had a different flavor than usual. The mix created a spongy concoction of sauce, cheese and pineapple juice (from pineapple topping which did not mix). I ordered through an app which prompted me to submit my honest review. So I did, with consideration of my overall past positive orders. As a result of this one awful order, I was offered $5 off my next order. I’m unsure if a coupon covering less than half the price of pizza makes up for the bad pizza BUT I might roll the dice one more time. The second pizza ordered was good. And This place has been overall been reliable with time/delivery. They are reasonably priced too. But there are a lot of places with similar pizza nearby. Overall my recent order was a 1 star, I would rate my past orders 3.5 stars. I will update if I try...

There is a $10 delivery minimum so I had to get a few extra things (i.e extra meat for $2.50) that I didn't necessarily want. That was no big deal. When I checked out my $10-even order turned into $16.92 with the $3.50 delivery fee, the $0.60 sales tax, and the 20% tip. I ordered an 8 inch chicken cheese steak sub with extra meat for $16.92 and I thought I was going to get a pretty big meal. I couldn't have been more wrong. Apparently the "extra meat" was the added lettuce which I did not order. They must've known that I didn't order the lettuce but had to add it anyway since they barely put any meat on the sub at all.

The over-priced elementary school kid lunch that I purchased from Flamin' Pizza & Subs tasted good enough I guess, but I still feel like I have been robbed. Not only will I leave this 1 star review, I will also never order from them again...

Don't be fooled by the owner's apologies. They apparently only apologize for the sake of their P.R image. They are unwilling or unable to change. Waste your money...

Ok so I've never written a review for anything..First off, let me say the lady who took my order was so nice and helpful as well as sweet which is refreshing these days. It's hard to find anyone to work let alone seem like they enjoy their job thank you sweetheart! Second, I had the best calzone I've ever had and I travel the country and have tried them all over it was by far superior and perfectly cooked and really hot when it arrived. I have a cannoli to eat but I haven't gotten to that yet I got too full from my food...The delivery guy was super friendly as well and we had a short conversation about our day jobs... again it's very awesome to see people in customer service jobs be as genuine and pleasant as the folks I've had interaction with here you have a new customer for life!! thank you all and I can't wait until next time I come...
