I stop at Dunkin’ almost every morning (or at least every other day), and while the service is always good, one person at the Monocacy location makes it truly great — Yogesh. She’s such a bright light every time I walk in! Always smiling, always friendly, never with an attitude no matter how busy it gets.

She takes her time with people, even helping if you’re struggling with the app, and somehow still manages to juggle everything when the line is out the door. One day, another Dunkin’ messed up my favorite drink. I told Yogesh honestly what happened, and without hesitation she remade it just so I could leave happy. That small act really showed me how much she cares about her customers.

It’s little things like that — the patience, the kindness, the way she runs things so smoothly — that make her stand out. Honestly, Yogesh deserves recognition (and probably a manager role if you ask me). She’s definitely the A-team.

This review is long overdue, but I just wanted to say thank you, Yogesh, for always starting my mornings off with kindness...

Most backwards Dunkin’ I’ve been to. Refusing a refund because they ran out of gloves and couldn’t make food? Most run down disgusting “restaurant” if you even want to call it that. Ive never left a review before but just know spend an extra 5 minutes in traffic so you don’t have to get treated like you’re stupid. I work in the food industry and never told anyone “it’s not my problem.” If I could give 0 stars I would. I’d rather have someone spit in my food than getting treated like that. There is no passion in this place. Also refused to let us talk to any form of management. Didn’t know how to do anything. No compromise, only lost 20 minutes of my life on my only day...

I ordered a french vanilla ice latte. It took over 20 minutes to receive which is ok that not the point of this message. The lady before me had ordered a drink a little bit before me and she had not received it yet. I mentioned to the worker that this lady had not received her drink yet and she was before me. the worker proceeded to say the rudest comment ever "Dont tell me how to do my job" I was taken back by this because I was merely just letting him know that she was waiting. He or no other worker ever asked this lady what she was waiting for but she was hovering up near the drink pick up line. This Dunkin Donut store need some serious customer...
