I ordered dinner for my family of 5 on Saturday. I used Uber Eats for pick up. Delivery did not go well!!! However, Naz's employees took ownership of my issue that was not even their fault. I ordered food and paid extra for priority delivery around 4:30pm. Driver shows up at 5:20pm with 3 of the 9 items I ordered. My husband spoke with the driver (Assi) says he will go back and get the food (it takes 20min to get to the restaurant from my house). An 1hr (6:30pm) later I called the restaurant (Assi) to my surprise did not pick up the food. My husband had to leave out and get the food. We did not eat until around 7:30pm. This establishment has good food and great service. Guys, thank you for making my evening dinner a better experience for me and the family. Naz's remade our food and husband reported the staff as friendly and professional. I did contact Uber Eats and was given a partial credit of -$53.21 of the $104.53 spent. I am not certain I will use Uber Eats again. I always tip well and have been understanding to issues in the past with Uber Eats. This experience with Assi saying he was going to get the food and did not call or text was very upsetting. Anyone with hungry little kids would understand my frustration. ... I had a dentist appointment and I asked my dentist is there a place like halal guys in Frederick. He told me that there was a place that was better than halal guys. This is the place. This is a secret that I didn't even know it existed. I moved here from New Jersey where we have halal guys and juicy platters and I miss them dearly. I can't believe that this place exists but anyway let's get to the food. I ordered a chicken gyro with white sauce and hot sauce and one can of soda. The total was $11.64.... I tip so it came to 13.29

I got home and munched my chicken gyro.. and I swear to God I was in heaven. The next time that I go to this place I'm ordering a platter. I am so happy that I found this restaurant because I thought that Frederick didn't have anything cool like what I had in New Jersey/NYC....I thought I had to drive east to Baltimore or Columbia to experience something like this.
