Wawa — Restaurant in Frederick

Hi I am Luis Gerardo, and I choose Wawa Frederick as my home store; why? Simple at the beginning stop by because coffee is so good, EVERY MORNIGN before work was my mantra, However something changed, Charlie is the man behind the counter, and noticed the way he handles the store and customers and is just fantastic, how we change long faces and put a smile on every single customer;

Charlie gave me the energy to start my day with positivity, but I never had the chance to said to him, thank you for making my day. Five months ago, I moved to Montgomery county, 30 min away from my favorite Wawa station, but every time that I have the chance, even if I do not need coffee or gas, I stop and put some gas and get my coffee. Why? Why not ?. Today Charlie was there and confirmed again how excellent he is, how he changed the staff's energy, and when it was my turn to pay, I asked him what his secret is, always to be friendly, and he responded be grateful every day ( small things make the difference ). Horrible. Just left there. Went in to order 2 sandwiches. One person in front of me. 20 min and $17 for 2 sandwiches and a small soda. The poor.person in front of me was delivered a cold meatball sandwich after we had to find the manager. He ordered before me. Food was sitting getting cold The reason you ask is that one of the girls that was supposed to be working was to busy talking about her baby sitter, about someone who works there that they don't like and how everyone called off and she had to work. I've never been a WaWa "fan" , I'm more of a Sheetz gal. But this particular location carries a vape product I use so I end up going here alot. The staff members who work here are on another level. I've never had a negative experience with any of them, in fact I don't know what it is, the vibe, the management, the environment, something about the people who work here always put me in a good mood. And yes, I'm aware how silly that sounds - its a gas station, get a grip right? But I'm telling you this WaWa in particular must have really high standards when they're hiring because their people are just special. That's the only word for them. They stand out.
