My daughter placed our in the drive thru, while I was on the phone listening. She read our order word for word to the young lady taking the order. The cashier did not repeat the order just instructed my daughter to pull forward. The person at the window was friendly but she was in a rush and just hastily handed the order to my daughter and said have a good and closed the door. As soon as my daughter got home she realized she didn’t get her hot fudge sundae and she didn’t have enough time to go back to get it. As we sorted through the food that was just tossed in the bags, we find that while yes we got the food we ordered but none of the things we asked was done. No cheese when we asked to add, tomatoes when we asked for none (allergic), little to no mayo when we asked for extra, fries were cold and hard like they had been sitting for a while. Asked for a large root beer at a medium dr. Pepper. Since we did not have the time to take it back, I tried to call to speak to someone and explain the situation. Unfortunately a calling 5 or more times that day and several times the days to follow no one ever answered. So yesterday while I was in town I decided to just go in. It was 3:57pm when I walked in. I was told that I just missed the manager but the other manager would be in at any moment. He was supposed to be there at 4pm. So I said no problem I will wait. At 4:20pm I had to go because I had somewhere else to be. After I was done with my errands I went back to see if the manager ever showed up. When I walked in there was no one at the front 1 young man was standing by the driver ve thru coke machine eating a burger and fries then set the burger down and went and made drive thru customers ice cream and treats without washing his hands. Then a girl that was sitting at a table in the lobby came and stood in front of the register. She didn’t say a word, just stared at me. I finally asked her to speak to the manager and she said no there wasn’t a manager there. But then the girl I talked to earlier came around the corner and said yes there was. so she went to go get him. She then came back around and said that it would be a few minutes if I wouldn’t mind sitting and waiting so I did about 10 minutes later. The young lady came back and said I’m sorry ma’am. He said there’s nothing he can do to help me, and I asked the managers phone number was or the general managers or even the owners phone number, she said hold on let me go get it and then she turned around and came back and said my manager said what was wrong. He will redo the meal. But all he would redo was the dude that had no cheese and he gave us the hot fudge sundae. The red dude was on the hardest button I have ever seen in my life.. and the young lady that was sitting in the lobby earlier, brought it out in a small bag tossed on the table, looked at me and rolled her eyes. I have never seen so much disrespectful employees in my life. They are getting paid $17 an hour to be rude to me and I can’t even get the food that I pay for. I cannot get a district managers phone number. I cannot find an owners phone number. This is ridiculous. myself and my family love Dairy Queen and we love the food and the ice cream, but unfortunately, after all of this why would I spend my hard earned money there on people that don’t care about...

Staff was very rude. As soon as you walk in you can tell they didn't want anyone inside. We noticed another group leaving and seemed upset. The tables/chairs were sprayed and no one was wiping them down. There were onle 2 tables available. They were not busy by any means and they were not short staffed. The young man at the front register was in a hurry and rude. He didn't seem like he wanted to work. My sister made an indirect comment and went back to let the rest of the crew know what she had said. "That girl said that I must hate my job and she is not wrong". They all started laughing. This was all while he was making our shakes. His smile/laugh immediately disappeared as he approached the front counter. The shakes were not mixed properly and we simply decided to walk away as we knew nothing good would come out of this situation.
With all of this being said, we won't be returning to this location on our next visit to Fredericksburg. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this...
