Natural Grocers — Local services in Fredericksburg

I love this store. They sell everything one needs for food. They do not sell alcohol if that is what you are looking for. Their produce is all organic and very delicious but that has only one problem. Organic foods are very susceptible to mold. Put it in a safe place or your refrigerator. It is absolutely delicious and very healthy when you use it. I love getting their lemons, cutting them into 8ths, and putting them in the blender whole. Add it to fresh garlic (very anti-inflammatory) , onion (great for everything), coconut milk, flax seed oil, beat juice, and a dash of monkfruit extract and you will have an insanely healthy snack.

The back is chock full of vitamins. I do love their frozen products like pizza and Ice cream (Daiya pizza and "Nada moo" ice cream. No dairy and most have no sugar). If you want to look around, come here. they have a person who they hire exclusively for nearly all questions about nutrition and/or health. you can make an appointment with her or you can just ask her in the store if she is there and not in a scheduled...

Their produce is 100% organic. In season, they have some of the most beautiful heirloom tomatoes! So glad this store is in my town!! It's a real gift. It's small but a fully stocked natural grocery store! You will likely find what you're looking for.

This place is really special to me because they have what I need to take care of my gluten-free friends when they come to visit! The workers are knowledgeable and can help you find an understand the supplements you need. Getting allergies here in Texas?!! Go there! You can pick up some tinctures that will significantly reduce your symptoms if not get rid of them all together!

They have the cleanest heavy whipping cream, A1 milk, Goat products, etc. Kombucha, tea, bulk products, vegan, and gluten-free products!

So thankful that they are here in this town! They have a whole skincare area that's all natural. Smells like a hippie's...

I was so blown away visiting this grocery store on our visit to Fredericksburg. It surpasses so many natural food store even in the urban cities. They have a huge selection of vitamins, herbs and supplements. They also have a large selection of bath, body and makeup products. It was fun to look around. The selection the had on packaged foods was amazing. They are limited on the fresh produce section but all other items were wonderful and I could have spent hours looking around here.
