Unacceptable customer service. I understand the location is busy. That's fine. I order online, estimated delivery time one hour. Acceptable. One hour later app says we're still prepping. Call, they tell me they're swamped. I get it. Cancel delivery. Change to carryout. It'll be ready in 10-15 minutes. Show up 17 minutes later. It'll be ready in 10 minutes. Sit inside. Wait for 30 minutes. Wait behind a nice lady that has been waiting with me. She wants to know where her food is. Guy behind the counter is getting upset. She leaves because her food still isn't in the oven. He calls her a karen as she leaves. I talked with this lady, her name isn't Karen.
I tell him that's unacceptable customer service. And ask him where my order is and explain the situation. The whole team jump on me for being rude. I was defending another customer that was called a Karen. It's going to be another 10-15 minutes even though the manager just pointed at a random cooked pizza and said that's mine. 5 minutes later. I finally pay (again. They refunded the delivery) my pizza is still not in the oven. They were about to cook mine with one of two of my toppings.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I live, no exaggeration, 6 minutes from this Domino's... and yet, they think it makes ANY SENSE to cook my food then, let it sit in the store for "quality check" to then put it in a car with a delivery driver (not her fault, she was super nice) who now has to make a 20 minute detour in the wrong direction to deliver a pizza before mine... only to have the driver literally PASS BY the restaurant (as in actually pass it) to come to my house?
