Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fredericksburg

So I'm here again because I'm really upset with what has happend in here once again i come into this Dunkin' Donuts 3 to 4 times a week to get exactly WHAT I WANT. I come in and get three espresso shots separate and then some sort of iced coffee WITH AN EXPRESSO SHOT OR TWO.. but once again she changed my order without even asking me!!! I came in and got a large coffee with 3 expresso shots for my dad and then I ask for my coffee wich is always some kind of iced coffee and I ask for a large iced Carameal LATEE with an expresso shot and she looks over to her son or her employee and tells him just ring it up as an iced macchiato because that already has expresso in it. Well I know my coffees very very well and I do not like macchiatos they're disgusting hence why I DID NOT order that. So if you see this I'm the guy who comes in around 4;20 in the morning with a green CSI electric shirt on. Please please never change my order again that is so rude of you to do that. I come in an order what I WANT for a reason and if I want extra expresso in a coffee that's made out of an expresso blend THEN GIVE IT TO ME it's not your decision on what I order it is mine. This is the third time she has done this to me. So next time this happens I will not be coming back to that certain Dunkin' Donuts I will find one that will let me order what I want the way I want without changing my order or telling me something about another coffee that I...

There has recently been a change in ownership I have been going to this dunkin donuts for three years! I go in this morning half asleep and theres a new employee 4:30 a.m. by himself I tell him I want a medium caramel frapachina which I have orederd every day for the past THREE YEARS. And he goes on to tell me they have never carried such product that they only serve iced caramel drinks and I tell him that's not what I'm asking for and he litteraly looks and me like I'm the stupidest customer on planet earth and says "this is what you want" very rudely. And then starts ringing me up for it and I know it wasnt the same thing I order every day because the name was differnt as was the price. I proceed to show him on there menu board that they do serve what I was asking for he then glances up at the menu and looks at me and says "I dont care what that menu says -very loudly talks- WE DO NOT SERVE THAT" well thank you dunkin donuts for the awful and by far worst experince I've ever had there because of your new employee. BEST Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. I'm originally from Massachusetts, about 20 minutes from the first DD and I'm wicked picky about my coffee. I'm pretty sure there are DD employees in about 6 states that hate me with a passion because I always insist they make my coffee correctly. I've lived here for 10 months and visit this DD on a regular basis, at a minimum of twice a week. My coffee is ALWAYS right and tastes amazing. The staff is very friendly and always asks for my son on the rare trip I make without him. With how much we move, feeling like a local is a rare commodity, but when I walk in the door, they're already reaching for my coffee cup. It's an amazing feeling and I will still choose going to this DD over the one that recently opened closer to my house AND the ones with drive thrus..
