Great food, tastes great. However, the customer service is terrible here. Not only am I a customer here, I drive for uber eats and have been ignored by staff on several different occasions. I have went in to pick up orders and been brushed off, which is fine considering they are busy most of the time. However, I started noticing the issue after waiting for several minutes and asked them how much longer, they turned around and the bag of food was sitting there ready the whole time. My most recent experience was truly awful. I was unable to pickup my online order, so I sent my boyfriend to pick it up for me. He has a broken leg and is on crutches, which was no issue because they offer curbside pickup. When he originally called, they told him it would be 10 additional minutes, even though he arrived about 10 minutes after the anticipated pick up time that was provided when I ordered. After waiting for about 15-20 minutes , he calls again to get an update on the order. The lady who he had answered the phone twice now, to talk to me to confirm the order was all white meat chicken, and to talk to him to tell him it would be 10 more minutes, now couldn’t understand him to bring it out. I understand if there was a language barrier, but it was a little confusing considering we had just called and spoke to the same person twice previously. He ended up having to go in to get the food, which he struggled to carry given he is on crutches and can barely open doors for himself, let alone carry bags of food and open the doors. Don’t offer curbside pickup if it’s not something the employees are willing to do. It just always seems that the employees have an extremely negative attitude and after this last experience, I probably will not be returning. This was really frustrating. We are not lazy people and we realize that customer service can be very difficult especially considering this is a busy restaurant, so I understand if it took extra time to bring out the order. But completely disregarding him when he was trying to explain he was on crutches is unacceptable. If it truly was a language barrier , the phone should have been passed to someone else.
UPDATE : called the number listed in the response and was asked for my phone number and told the owner would call me back. Never received a call back....
Read moreI am an Uber Eats driver, and I am appalled by the customer service that I received from the women who work in the front. It’s only an issue with women at this restaurant, and I think that the women who work for this restaurant do not like other women- delivery drivers or women customers, for that matter. I walked up and said a name, and the lady rudely corrected me as if I were a child and told me how I was supposed to say the name. I said OK, picked up the order, and left. Then, I had two more orders to return and get, and when I walked in again, I understood the restaurant was busy. There were other customers to attend to, but nobody was in line. The lady worker looked at me up and down with a very mean look/ disgusting type of smile as if she was better than me or something and took her time coming to help me, and then the other girl who gave me my orders was not pleasant to deal with. I hate coming to this restaurant because the service is horrible, And the treatment of women delivery drivers is awful!!! Read moreI ordered delivery through Uber Eats, this was my first time ordering from Super Rico. I was so looking forward to trying the food out. But the driver did not deliver my food. He did not follow instructions that I had given to come directly to where I lived. I called Uber Eats to let them know that I did not receive my order and they refused to refund my money. Uber Eats scammed me, I was so upset and I called Super Rico and explained to them what happened. They were very gracious enough to replace my order at no charge. I went to the Restaurant to pick up the order. The food smelled so good, the atmosphere was very nice and super clean. It was very busy, but the service was excellent and orderly with the business of the the people. The staff and manager were very nice and pleasant. I ordered the Cuzco Chicken salad and Plantains, the food was delicious. I was even given a little something extra for the inconvenience of Uber Eats. I give Super Rick 5 stars, customer service is so important. The food was excellent and that means a lot. I will be telling all my family in the area about Super Rico, I will be coming back...
