The first red flag was the fly consistently around our table and we should have taken that as our sign to leave. From the beginning, the server never introduced himself and he had an attitude that made it uncomfortable to ask for any accommodations from initially ordering our drinks. Our cappuccinos came out cold and when we asked for a coffee instead it was at least hot but the beans tasted burnt. When the food came out, the beignets, the eggs Benedict and biscuits with gravy were ALL not fully cooked through. The eggs Benedict was also cold and oily when it came out but the waiter took too long to come back after the food was dropped off to even ask us how it was. We had told him when he finally came back how we felt about the meal and asked what could be done to remedy our experience, he started to argue with us that he did come back to check and everything was fine. We didn’t want to cause a scene and be rude back so we decided to just take the check and go our way. When we finally got the check we also were shocked to see an automatic 20% gratuity included for the worst service I’ve ever had. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVEN TO MY ENEMIES.
ALSO the restroom was gross. The toilet paper was soaking wet and it smelled like dog...

When I first walked in the hostess had ask if I wanted to have my group of five be split at 2 tables or if I wanted her to push them together. I of course told her I wanted my party to sit together. Then when our order was taken, we sat for so long while 3 other tables who sat at least 15 minutes after us received their food before us. Maybe it was the fact we were a party of 5 but 3 tables got food before us and it did not sit well with me. When we did get our food we had to ask for silverware because we never got them when we first sat, and we couldn’t ask our waitress because she NEVER checked in on us for refills or anything else. Then we were charged an extra two dollars for the avocado toast when it’s stated it was $12 on the menu handed to us but we got charged $14. On top of that one plate was cold, and another was missing items. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO...
Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an incredible addition to the Fredericksburg dining scene! Fredericksburg Brunch Co. instantly won me over with their elegant twist on brunch classics and warm, welcoming atmosphere. I tried the escargot—yes, escargot at brunch!—and it was absolutely divine, rich and buttery with just the right touch of indulgence. Paired with a crisp, sparkling French Chardonnay, it felt like a little escape to the French countryside right in the heart of the Hill Country.
The team here is phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about their food and guests. You can tell it’s a family-run place by the way they make you feel right at home. Whether you’re a Fredericksburg local or just visiting, this spot is not to be missed. Can’t wait to come back and work my way...
