Subway — Restaurant in Fredericksburg

Employees were extremely rude and told my friend "you can leave if you want to cause a scene" when he asked them to take his sandwich out of the toaster after it had been beeping for a while... and it was burning... lol. he also told us we were making fun of the employees because we laughed uncomfortably when they started arguing in front of us. The store was also extremely dirty; everything was thrown around all over the counter and there were tomatoes, olives, jalapeños etc. in the lettuce and spinach. Teas were also both out and drink station was dirty. I work retail and totally get that some customers can be a pain in the butt, but my group was friendly and clearly just joking around amongst ourselves. Maybe the employees were just having a bad day but their attitudes were so audaciously rude that we felt unwelcome and couldn't wait to get...

I never really write a review, and I try to give grace as we are all going through hard times. That being said, the amount of times I have come to this location and the staff being straight up rude, looking at there phones as they literally make my sandwhich, and over all giving me probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had anywhere. Another thing, they have different hours due to staffing shortage, and if you go to the store they will have the hours they are supposed to be open. Currently it says they are open till 4:00 PM. I pulled up at 3:30 pm and tried to go in and it was closed. I also saw two of the workers inside so they obviously just wanted to close early.

I am 21 years old and I get being young and work not being “fun”. But the real world is gonna hit these workers hard in the face with work...

Generally, I Love Subway.... And I especially like their Personal Pizzas.... However on this most recent visit to the Fredericksburg, Tx. Shop 4/23/18.... They fell a little short of the normal stellar service.... I Ordered a Personal Pizza with Pepperoni and Sausage ....I was told they don't do Sausage due to the City doesn't allow it. Anyway my companions were told that they were out of Rye Bread and didn't have Swiss Cheese either and to cap it all off, We were told they didnt have Diet Dr. Pepper as well.... I thought Holy Cow we must be in Kansas surely,.... com'on folks this is Texas, home of Dr. Pepper......Oh and for some reason I was constantly referred to as Bro..... But I already have one brother.......But Thanks Anyway and Im still Loving Subway and your allowed a few...
