Meet Nan. No, I mean MEET Nan. When you walk into Nan's you will be greeted by the view of a working kitchen and a smiling face. We enjoyed the food so much that we went twice on our road trip: once on the way out and then also on the way home. The food tastes homemade because it is made by hand, every order, every time.

We had the dumplings, basil chicken (tofu instead of chicken) and pad kee mao (drunken noodles if you dont know) on the way out. All were fresh and full of flavor. We forgot to ask for SPICY but Nan still brought us a side of her spicy fish and lime sauce which helped turn the heat up some.

Second meal was veggie rolls, green curry, and pineapple curry. We remembered the spicy request. Rated at an 8 out of 10 on Nan's scale, it was spicy and VERY tasty. Most folks would probably be in a bit of discomfort at an 8, but I will ask for "thai spicy" next time. The curries were fantastic!

There isn't a dine in option. It is Thai to go exactly as the name says. The street it is on is not busy, so it was great to just sit in our truck and eat. Nan hand delivered both meals to us at our truck too!

We plan to make it our stop everytime we are in Fredericksburg. If you are in town, go eat! It's good. Remember to ask to...

Hidden Gem Alert! Forget fancy dining rooms, this little takeout-only Thai spot is where the real magic happens. We stumbled upon it while looking for a quick meal before our Enchanted Rock hike, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. From the first bite, it was clear this wasn't your average takeout. Everything was perfectly balanced, with chewy noodles and tender vegetables, with authentic flavors – creamy, spicy, and fragrant. The spring rolls were crispy and fresh, not greasy at all. But the real highlight was eating it on top of Enchanted Rock. Picture this: breathtaking panoramic views, the warm Texas sun, and the most incredible Thai food. It was a dining experience unlike any other. The food held up perfectly for the short drive and hike, staying hot and delicious. This unassuming takeout restaurant is a true culinary gem. If you're looking for authentic, flavorful Thai food, and especially if you're planning a picnic or a hike, look no further. This place is a must-try. We'll be dreaming of those flavors until...

This is a "to go" place only, and the (emaculatly clean) kitchen is located in a wharehouse district. You call your order in and pick up and they will bring your order to your car. Fresh and hot, quality great food. This was our first visit, and we are locals. Met Nan the owner, and she loves what she does, and it is her dream to open a restaurant here someday. We got the dumplings, Thai fried rice with chicken, panang curry with chicken, beef pad kee Mao and and all were delish! Good size portions too. Highly recommend trying this place, you will not be disappointed. Will be trying the pad thai...

It's to go . No atmosphere is needed. Should have called in my order as my wife and I sat in our car waiting 20 minutes for our food . The wait isn't a problem except it's pretty hot here in summer. The food was great . Thai dumplings- exceptional (add a pinch of salt to see them blossom). My wife had pad Thai, and I had the red curry(chicken). Delish ! Thank you , Nan. Hope you get a brick and mortar, but I actually enjoyed trying to find you . Will return!
