I liked the food, I didn't like the service. I stopped here on a rainy afternoon to pick up lunch. I had not ordered ahead. The parking lot was very full and I had to park around back - which would not have been an issue except for the multiple trips I had to make back & forth in the rain.
The cashier who took my order was friendly, helpful & accurate. The food came out reasonably quickly. When I got out to my car, I noticed that the Greek Salad w/ Chicken did not appear to have chicken. So I trecked back in with rhe order and pointed it out to the employee in the pick up area. She said "good catch" and they quickly made the order right.
Back out at my car, I notice that there is a ticket on the bag that says " Accuracy Matters. Your order should be correct every time. If it's not, we'll fix it right away and give you a free treat for your trouble." This really annoyed me because all I got was "good catch" - not even "sorry about that." So I trecked back in again and pointed it out to the associate who had "helped" me.
I realize that nobody is perfect, and I'm glad that I didn't get all the way to my friend's home with our salads before discovering the error. However, when I brought it to the associate's attention, a "sorry" woukd have been nice & since it was the store policy to give a treat, she should have offered it to me...

I went to the store on Sunday 9/19 to confirm and was told all catering order are fixed at another Fredicksburg store but would be here at 11:30 on 9/20 On Monday I get to the Panera at 10:00 with my boss and wait till 11:30 and the manager tells me it will be 11:45 so my boss to the Doctors office where this order is going and I wait I ask the Panera manager again if the mine person order is coming and he said the delivery person is a few minutes away At 12:15 I am still waiting and no help from the Panera manager and I ask to call the delivery person and I am told she has her phone off Finally at 12:30 the Manager fixed the small order at this Panera and I get to the Office at 1:00 The office is completely upset their lunch is 12 to 1:00 and explain that this Panera completely has no management or customer respect I call corporate Panera and complained I have been using Panera for years in another town and have had superior service this Panera will tarnish the...
Read moreI have mixed feelings about this Panera location. The food and people are great but there should be a limit as to how much people can order from the drive thru. Sometimes it takes forever when you are ordering for one or two people and the person in front of you is ordering for 6. Also, I ordered a medium cold brew and the cup they gave it to me in was small. They assured me that it was a medium but between the size of the cup and the amount of ice they put into it, it would barely fill a sippy cup🤣. There is one more thing I was disappointed about and that is I always drive there. It is convenient on my way to work and I really do not have a need to use their mobile app. I do have a Panera card and because of how much I frequent there I get bonuses but my last bonus that I received for giving them all of my business, was $2 off a mobile order. At the drive-thru I asked the attendant if she could just transfer that to the order that I was getting right then and she said no it was only for mobile orders so I guess thanks...
