I give it 3 stars, and would give it 5 stars for their Omelet, breakfast wrap, it's amazing how good it is, but, usually the employees at the register have a bad attitude and the men's bathroom never has toilet paper or paper towels and is just nasty, the place gets ridiculously crowded and it's so small, also, there a lot of homeless people who hang out, outside of this WaWa asking for money. I literally watched one homeless guy follow a whole family out to their vehicle, at the gas pump, and badger them about money, and I am not over-exaggerating, not even a little, and also, the employees in WaWa did nothing about it and they knew about it because I talked to them about it after I went inside. If you scroll down and look and compare the reviews from other people, you can easily determine that, more people have had a bad experience with rude employees and with the bathrooms and the store being dirty, than others who have had a good experience at this WaWa. Just to be fair, there are times that people have good experiences here, that the employees are in a good mood and being kind, that day, and the employees are "on top of it" when it comes to keeping the bathrooms cleaned and the store...but, the cold, hard truth of it is, the majority of the time, as you can easily see, customers have had a bad experience, here, overall. A word to the wise, if you have children, it's best to go about 2 more miles up 17 to the other WaWa, it's bigger, nicer and cleaner, and it's not as hard to get in and out of, as...
Read moreI stopped at this location after work to purchase gas & cigarettes. While I was gassing up my car, I ran inside the location to purchase my cigarettes. The man directly in front of me also purchased cigarettes (he purchased Camels), and I noted that he was much younger than me and NOT carded for his cigarette purchase. The cashier, who was quite rude, Lydia, proceeded to request my ID. While this may seem flattering to most, I am a 53 year old woman, who clearly does not look like I am under age in any way, shape or form. As I only grabbed my debit card and left my wallet in the car, keeping in mind that throughout the 2 1/2 years that I have been frequenting this location, nobody has carded me, I did not have my ID in hand. I understand that if WAWA has a policy on carding individuals for their tobacco purchases, I should have been carded; however, NOT carding the gentleman directly in front of me (who was clearly younger than me), then not selling me cigarettes because I did not have my ID in hand, does not seem to fit any policy that WAWA may have. Maybe Lydia was having a bad day? Regardless of the circumstance, you need to treat your REGULAR customers...
Read moreOrdered the same coffee I get almost every time I go there. The guy behind the counter makes it cold instead of hot and when I complained he said I was at fault even though my receipt is for a hot item. He asked if I wanted it made hot and when I said yes he asked if I really needed it because he would drink the cold one. I got confused at this point to which he asked what was wrong like I was a toddler that needed to be consoled. I left feeling like trash and waited 5 minutes and returned. Coffee was made with no sugar. When I went to complain everyone behind the counter left. When I was able to find someone I was called a liar. Over some sugar in my coffee really? You give it away for free but instead of putting it in they wanted to have a debate.. Will never buy anything here again because clearly it's not enough to buy something...
