Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

This Subway location is on another level. The place is spotless — tables shining, counters clean, and everything organized perfectly. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place welcoming. The staff? Absolutely amazing. Friendly, patient, and always smiling — they make you feel like a regular even if it’s your first visit. They’re quick but never rushed, and you can tell they genuinely care about getting your order just right. The atmosphere is super chill — fresh bread baking in the background, calm and comfortable seating, and the whole place just feels inviting. It’s the kind of spot you don’t mind sitting down to enjoy your sub instead of rushing out the door. This isn’t just a Subway, it’s the Subway. 100/10 for cleanliness, service, and overall vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back...

I want to point out that the staff was nice and courteous. However, they were out of basic meatball, didn't ask if we wanted the sandwich as it comes or to customize it (subway is know for their options so we assumed we would be asked). The customer before us, they jad to remake his sub 3 times because they unfortunately could not speak or understand English very well. Both associates were nice and tried their best but overall it was a disappointing experience. Looks like it was just a hard night for them, but they really did try to provide...

Went in today and they had brown lettuce and pickles. I asked why the lettuce was brown and she said “I don’t know I just work here. I don’t know what goes on behind the scenes.” I told her. Didn’t want the sandwich anymore and had to walk away. I’ve always had good service there but this was disappointing. How can you serve food like that and not be embarrassed to serve that. She just kept putting the old brown lettuce on sandwich without any care that my child could get sick after eating that....
