Starbucks — Restaurant in Freehold Township

This was the most appalling Starbucks experience I've ever endured. My wife explicitly asked for non-fat milk, yet they deceitfully used a different type since they were out of non-fat milk. When we requested a remake, they casually admitted their shortage and said they'd fetch some. To make matters worse, one of the employees, an emo-looking girl with tattoos on her right arm, disgustingly picked her teeth and then resumed making drinks without washing her hands. This is utterly revolting and unacceptable. Avoid this place...

There was no line, we ordered cakepop and 2 WATERS and had to wait 35 minutes just for WATER. The cakepop that where stale cause they where very old. Are waters tasted like chlorine. The service was VERY terrible and rude. They had about 8 workers and only one of them where actually making the dunks the others where just standing there on there phones putting of music and the others where pretending to look busy by putting milk in the fridge and taking it out and just keep...

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The biggest issue isn’t even the food, it’s the customer service. I could clearly hear staff speaking negatively about customers, loud enough for everyone to hear. On top of that, they handled the food carelessly, literally tossing items onto the tray without any regard. This is the condition in which my order was served. Extremely disappointing...
