Gyro Place — Restaurant in Freehold Township

The guy (maybe Pedro) who is managing on Thursday may30th around 4pm…. Oh my God, what an A HOLE! I mean there’s really no other way to put it. The place is dead. I placed my order with him which he reluctantly took, then ordered some other young kid to do it, as he carries on a conversation with a young pretty girl right in front of me about having her work for him.

No offense, but there’s a time and place and way to conduct a potential interview or recruitment in a professional manner. The guys attitude is just horrible. I believe he needs to be replaced ASAP bc ….

20 minutes later I come back to check on my order only to find out he didn’t make it bc he thought I was annoyed and left… but I actually went to handle my toddlers bathroom accident.

He quickly becomes defensive, doesn’t even apologize and then again ask the other young kid to do my order instead of him doing my order himself when the other young kid was busy doing something else I mean, it just makes no sense like I would never work with him or work for him.

And any female that works there needs to know that if you feel uncomfortable speak up because there are laws that protect you, especially when the guy is so unprofessional.

El lugar está muerto. Le hice mi pedido, que aceptó a regañadientes, luego le ordenO a otro niño que lo hiciera, mientras él mantiene una conversación con una chica joven y bonita justo frente a mí sobre si trabajaría para él.

FUERA YO EL DUENO LO SUELYO. hay lugar momento, y forma de realizar una posible entrevista o contratación de manera profesional. La actitud de este hombre encargado es simplemente horrible. Creo que necesita ser reemplazado lo antes posible porque….

20 minutos después, volví para verificar mi pedido y descubrí que no llegó porque el pedro pensó que yo estaba molesta y sue me fui… pero en realidad fui a encargarme del accidente en el baño de mi hijo pequeño. Y si soy sincera no había otra opción saludable en el Mall.

Rápidamente se pone a la defensiva, ni siquiera se disculpa y luego le vuelve a pedir al otro niño que haga mi pedido en lugar de que él mismo lo haga cuando el otro niño estaba ocupado haciendo otra cosa. Quiero decir, simplemente no tiene sentido como lo haría yo. Nunca trabajaré con él ni trabaje para él.

Y póngale cuidado si a las chicas se sienten acosadas de alguna forma porque el tipo no es profesional ni...

Ordered chicken breast gyro. Serving was plenty. Pita was delicious. Noticed the Pitas were Kronos, which I would by myself and Kronos other products, when homemade isn't available. Lots of lettuce and tomato. Very filling. My one complaint, hence the 3 stars is the Tzatzik was very watery. Dripped right off the gyro when I bit into it and no solid yogurt like tzatzik anywhere. Hopefully the recipe or storage of the tzatzik will change to keep the traditional consistency.

Other than that, service was great, food was quick and delicious. Would have enjoyed more with better tzatziki sauce or different sauce on top.

Very surprising for a mall food court to offer such good. I was skeptical at first due to mall food court prices but I was delighted to see the quantity received along with the flavor. I got the chicken kebab platter with fries instead of white rice and I was very very satisfied. Stuffed even. The chicken was well seasoned and cooked nicely. It was delicious. I would definitely get it next time when there over all the other stuff that’s similarly priced

Tip: get fries instead of the plain white rice, which should be seasoned rice to pair...
