Typically a big fan of chick-fil-a but not this time or location.
First we were told me had to order through a person standing in the line on a tablet. Not a problem right? But we canโt see the menu from where we are and we werenโt offered one. Eventually we just had to get the items that we knew they had. Then our cool wrap came out ice cold. We asked about them microwaving it for 10 seconds but apparently the manager told the employee that they canโt because they are busy. So because youโre somewhat busy you canโt take 10 seconds to offer proper customer service? From someone who has spent plenty of time in the food industry you absolutely go out of your way and spend 10 seconds to microwave the item. 10 seconds is the easiest request in the world to walk away with a happy customer. Every other Chick-fil-A location weโve ever been to has been more than happy to spend 10 seconds on us but I guess this location canโt handle it.
Stay away from this freehold location if possible. While Iโve had other issues with this location, this is the first time I ever felt that the food didnโt...
ย ย ย Read moreI recently visited Chick-fil-A in Freehold and had a great experience. I decided to try the TikTok trend of mixing nuggets, fries, mac and cheese, and sauces, and while it may not have been the most visually appealing dish, it was surprisingly tasty. I ordered it alongside the cob salad, which was fresh and flavorful.
The line was relatively short when I visited at 8:15 pm, and I was impressed with the excellent customer service I received from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making my visit even more enjoyable.
While the mix of nuggets, fries, mac and cheese, and sauces may not be for everyone, I recommend trying it at least once to see what all the hype is about. And, of course, Chick-fil-A is known for their delicious chicken, so you can never go wrong with that.

ย ย ย Read moreMy husband and I got married in March 2019 in the Monmouth County (NJ) area. Couples, who have planned weddings, and those just starting to plan, know when food will be served during their wedding โ and traditionally it is during the cocktail hour and/or reception. However, my biggest concern was feeding our bridal party throughout the entire day โ because wedding festivities start early. The hotel we stayed at had a continental-style breakfast which was perfect; but lunch is where it gets tricky because it is right in the middle of getting ready and right before the pictures start. That is why my husband and I choose to have Chick-fil-a cater lunch. It was awesome and much appreciated! We booked everything online and then the week-of, I called the Freehold location and had the entire order confirmed. All items arrived to our hotel on-time and everyone really enjoyed lunch! All you could hear was silence...
