Crumbl — Restaurant in Fremont

I placed an order on the app & the store was closed for the Juneteenth Holiday. I’m currently in the process of moving and got the chance to inquire 2 days later- one employee answers and then passes the phone to who I assume was a lead of some sort. She insisted I was lying and that the app would never allow an order to be placed when they’re closed. Instead of customer servicing me , she proceeded to tell me rudely it was not possible and there was no truth behind my words. I simply thanked her for nothing and hung up. I then sent my proof to the email listed for that location . After I reached out to Crumbl customer service & they fixed the issue within 5 minutes. I’m super understanding and I know technology is not perfect. I never demanded or even rudely approached the situation but to get treated like this over $30 in cookies was crazy to me. The lack of knowledge , respect and customer service in that store is an issue and this is what caused it to be a bigger issue than what it originally was.

Thanks to Madison from Customer Service , I will still be buying from Crumbl just not this location.

The chocolate chip cookies were O.K..... They use milk chocolate chips not semi sweet. Therefore there is no contrast between the sweetness of the cookie dough and the chocolate chip so it all blends together and just wasn't very enjoyable. .... Whereas if they used a semi sweet you would have a contrast in flavors and they would compliment one another. Switch to semi sweet chocolate chips and I"ll be back... I didn't taste the other ones so they could be spectacular. I went with 4 chocolate chip cookies that were good sized for my first and probably last visit because I'm not willing to gamble $22 to try the other ones. 4 cookies was $22.They Shouldnt cost that much especially if you have mostly children working your stores where in 6 states crumble has violated child labor laws, including California ..Dentists don't even make those margins...anyone who thinks they make good tasting cookies must be a...

So worst i mean worst service ever. They are so unorganized. Waited over an hour for the cookies. Orders way way after my order were given out. I went and asked and they told me it would be 15 minutes. But then saw cookies were done and said all they need is to be dressed. Waited another 25 min. She only started doing my order cause she saw i walked back in to ask again about my order. My kids did not want the cookies anymore and nor did I. I asked for the manager and he kept saying different excuses and he said im not discriminating you. I was like when did i ever say you were being discriminating??? Like i had to explain to my child why he said that since my 7yr son asked. Well got my refund and went to mcdonalds and got a fresh dozen of cookies for $5.99 in less than 15 min. Nice and warm.
