Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Fremont

Review for Krispy Kreme Cafe:

I visited this cafe on July 4th and was highly disappointed with the customer service. Despite the cafe being almost empty, the wait was incredibly long due to a prolonged conversation the server had with another customer. During this time, a queue started to build up behind us, which the server seemed oblivious to. When it was our turn to order, the server abruptly diverted her attention to the customers behind us, serving them out of turn before returning to us. This unprofessional approach towards customer service significantly tainted our experience. I expected much more from a renowned establishment like Krispy Kreme. I believe that all customers should be treated with respect and in the order they come in. The staff should be trained to handle situations more efficiently to prevent such instances...

Finished shopping in the area, looked up places in Google Maps to get a coffee and doughnut, saw the Krispy Kreme open till 10PM and took the 5 minutes drive there. Arrived there 9:56PM, parking right in front of the door, headlights shining at the door, they come to door and lock it. I point at 9:56 at my phone and at their opening times. Finally they open and tell me that I have to come during opening hours. I tell them that I'm here during opening hours, and they tell me that they close 5 minutes early and that I have to come during opening hours. We go in circles a couple of times and I explain that if they want to close early, then why don't they adjust their opening hours. Then "Dustin" tells me that he doesn't need to be lectured how opening times work... Well, that was fantastic service, just...

It’s been a while since I had Krispy Kreme and I totally forgot when was the last time I ate there. I remember that it is in Union City, but this is before they open one at my local area. I’m planning to do another review of it in Union City since its atmosphere is different from the one here.

Location is pretty small here and don’t think it’s good to dine here in my opinion. Just good for takeout order. I really like solidly they glazed the donuts and are perfectly sized. In other donuts places, their donuts are much larger. The size of them is quite comparable to the ones from Dunkin Donuts. Vanilla Latte tastes like any other ones from different coffee shops.

Though that the place isn’t big, still recommend people to try...
