Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fremont

Order delivery, every item was wrong.....I don't mean a little. I mean I ordered pasta and I got a little cheese pizza. I called nobody answered for over 20 min. When I went there with this mistake I was greeted with "pickup or ordering?" I explained the situation....the phone was ringing when I walked in....it was me still waiting for someone to pick it up. Her response to me was....."well I'm the only one here...so....". I could go on but I did NOT get any sort of a refund and I did not keep the incorrect order....basically I got a carry out order, paid for delivery and was talked down to by the girl in the store. And ignored and hung up on when I called with the mistake. The delivery driver was nice. I will not order from here again and would encourage anyone and everyone else to stay away from this location.

Just a quick update I tried to order from this location again yesterday. I ordered 2, 3 topping pizzas. It took 1 hour and 24 minutes from when I placed my order for it to arrive. I was delivered one correctly and the other was a simple pepperoni. I called asking for a refund for the incorrect pizza. They said they could only refund everything or nothing. I refused because one was correct and wanted to be refunded just for the one pizza. They said they cannot do that. Just proof again that this location is a serious disappointment, hadn't ordered from them since my last post but obviously nothing has changed. Poorly managed and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!!! Can't stress this enough... DO NOT ORDER...

so one day i decided to just order some nice dominos pizza for my family around 2:00 PM and we didn’t eat yet that day . i make my order on call and they say it will be about a half hour to forty five minutes . an hour and 15 minutes later i get a call from the delivery woman in her car . she is across town and asking for my address again . an . hour . after . my . order . i repeat it to her , she says she’s new and doesn’t know where to go but does NOT sound sober . i give her basic directions and tell her to call me back for help . two hours and 30 mins later she comes to the house across the street from mine , steps out , calls to say she made the order , (i’m literally staring at her on my porch) and she gets back in the car and drives off with the cold pizza . i then call dominos and inform them of this and the lady on the other line was very rude at first then said she was just stressed out with this new worker . she says she won’t be here again and i’ll have someone else deliver you new pizzas . had to wait another 45 minutes for that . i...

I have to say my first experience with Dominos was not that great. I am new to the area and I work late. But EVERYONE deserves a second chance. The pizza & wings are delicious, customer service was patience, detailed, kind and friendly. I asked for specific’s and received 👍!!!

I will share my story the delivery driver had pop when she came to the door. I didn’t order pop. Coco Cola. In my household we do not drink pop it is a treat for my daughter. I asked “Is that pop for me, I didn’t order pop” she replied “No probably for next order, thanks for being honest” The funniest part is I was so afraid of my daughter seeing the pop and thinking it was a special treat an going bonkers. As she is 4 an large an in charge 😂 Thank again food awesome service...
