We ordered on the kiosk and we were only allowed 2 small sauce containers, when asking for more sauce the short brown/red haired girl at the front (no name tag) told me to calm down and that I’m furious, not sure why she said that as I was just asking for sauce then proceeded to charge me 50 cents per sauce. The restroom was dirty and had no toilet paper and the restaurant itself was not clean either. The chicken was dry, the burger had no sauce, the loaded fries were the least loaded fries I’ve ever had and it costed 40$. The bun was soft, yet wasn't overpowered by the meat juices. They have impossible patty. They use good green leaf lettuce and fresh tomatoes that you can tell weren't cut and pale from being preserved. I had the double. I'm from south san jose. Can you make another location more south?
