Pop's Cafe — Restaurant in Fremont

I know this a family business but our order was so disappointing I hope they can improve for future guests. We ordered the loco moco and the order was completely off. We asked for one with egg and the other without (both came with egg). Ours came with bell peppers? And no macaroni salad?? The meat was hard and tasted frozen. Also it didnt come with white rice but some other fusion one. I understand it’s a fusion restaurant but our food looked nothing like the photo (which was the traditional Hawaiian loco moco).
