Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Fremont

Ok let me start out with scooters is my favorite coffee place been to locations from SD to TX and I haven't been as scorned as I have at both fremont locations. Ordered large blended carmalicious no whip, extra shot, what I got was a iced one with whip cream. I mentioned it was supposed to be blended with no whip she said she would fix it and get it back blended with whip. Not sure what was going on but there was a lady waiting to order when I pulled up, she just kept sitting there with no cars in front of her, I waited 5 minutes then asked her if they were taking her order, she said they told her to wait, so we waited another 4 to 5 minutes and a worker got out of a car and beat on the back door and was let in. and they finally took the other ladies order then mine, there were no apologies for the wait or nothing, needless to say it was not a...

Customer service 10/10 today. However corporate cuts changed the ciabatta recipie. The bread is literally a cheap dinner roll. Without an infinite population & resources there is no reason to keep digging for more profits. I have a feeling employees still make less than 15 an hour too.
