Decided I needed a nice cuppa java before I had to jump into the 2+ hr commute I had ahead of me... The baristas here at this particular Starbucks weren't too friendly and, in fact the barista at the cash register, who's supposed to be taking orders, took the person in front me order... As I walked up to the cash register, he looked at me real quickly, didn't say a word, then turned around only to head thru some back door... As a couple of minutes went by, as I stood at the cash register with nobody there to help, totally ready to order, thankfully, 1 of the baristas had noticed what seemed to be going on and in the middle of making a drive thru drunk, he hurried over to the cash register and took my order.... I'd mentioned to him, what occurred a couple minutes prior, and he said he wasn't sure what was going on with thay barista who abruptly and rudely took off like a shot, while i was literallythe onlyperson in line (no pun intended)... So after finally getting my order in, I watched another barista make my drink... Keep in mind, I'd ordered my drink with "non dairy", i watched another barista make my drink, only to use real dairy... Afyer he finished my drink with ended up being tricolored, & with no straw (nor was there a station that provided straws)... I questioned him about the non dairy, and he said he did use it, while I said, I saw you use the regular dairy... He was adamant about it, so I let it go, because, again I had a 2+ hour commute ahead of me... and just accepted the drink like that, as I needed to het going asap... Also, while I was waiting for said coffee to be made, the 1st barista at the cash register i encountered made a mad dash for the exit... I guess his shift was over, and he couldnt help, literally 1 final customer, or at least communicate with his crew thay i was there waiting to have my order taken.🤷🏻 I had to ask another worker there for a straw, he gave it to me, only for the straw to basically not be tall enough for the cup size (trenta)... So I went and asked a different employee for a longer straw, after I told him about the short straw... So, I finally get a straw long enough to fit my cup, so I can access it and drink from it... I stir the coffee and it goes from tricolored to more of the color it should be, only darker... Once I get to my car and take my 1st ship, the coffee is ridiculously strong and over powering in its flavor of bean... Although, I would've definitely loved to have been able to finish the coffee, I couldn't... Due to the high potency of the coffee... I drank about a ⅓ of it & tapped out, because of the overly bold taste... In fact, it was so strong, it made my stomach hurt, and that wasn't too pleasurable on a 2+ hour commute... I'll never ever go back to this Starbucks....Keep in mind the drive thru line only had 1-2 cars in it, while I was there, so it's not like they were swamped with orders. Shoot, i wouldn't get coffee here if it was offered for free!! 💯...
Read moreI was so excited they made this Starbucks into a drive thru and couldn't wait to try it! Upon arriving the line was long but we didn't mind it, after waiting for about 10 minutes the first car about four cars ahead of us finally started to order. When it was our chance to get to the ordering screen our cashier had her mic on and was talking to other customers and to her co- worker about another employee I presume about not coming to work?!! And that someone should text him! We told her hey we can hear you and your mic is on lol. After finally ordering and arriving to the window our cashier had horrible customer service there was no good afternoon how are you or anything. She scanned my Starbucks app and gave us one of our food items. She gave us our drinks a few minutes later and they were made wrong 😑 unfortunately! I let her know our drinks didn't have the extra caramel drizzle we ordered and she said "well can I just give it to you in another cup" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I thought that was hilarious and just said no thank you! Our drinks were not made right either and were terribly blended and tasted only like ice and milk! For such a beautiful location and building this Starbucks needs to retrain all staff and bounce back even better! You have the Potential to...
Read moreGood/coffee are good. Atmosphere- not so great (no baby change station installed in both huge ADA bathrooms. I gave them the feedback (their excuse- oh no they don’t have space as they have to make it accessible to everyone) I’m like the folding up baby change station only take up wall space)? Ended up changing the diaper while on the floor (not good feeling as a parent) soap dispenser also don’t work. Maybe go back to low tech- it will solve many problems.
Generally- this place is not family friendly. No high chair, no baby change station installed in huge bathrooms, soap dispenser doesn’t work, and staff’s approach (rude and inconsiderate). All Starbucks needs to improve their accessibility for children and perhaps look at their environment before reprimanding a parent who is doing their best to make do with is being offered. I hope a specific staff read this comment and rethink their approach. Not upset but disappointed because I was looking forward to enjoy my breakfast ( Starbucks r becoming expensive and becoming a special treat to me)
Not sure if I want to come back to this location. Might delete this...
