AVOID THIS SUBWAY LOCATION AT ALL COSTS !!!! I would have given 0 stars if at all it was possible! Visited this Subway on October 6th, 2024, at 7:30 PM PST, and had a highly disappointing experience. The staff on shift, SAPNA and another employee who refused to give their name, were rude and unhelpful. I ordered a veggie salad, and they refused to fill the bowl more than halfway. When I politely asked for more cucumbers, I was told they couldn’t put more than "8 cucumber slices," per their manager SHILPA's "instructions". This was absurd, considering I paid $10 pre-tax, and they insisted on leaving the bowl half-empty. You can see that in the image attached and that is after i asked them to add extra cucumbers. It was way lesser before. ( i was ok with all veggies and didnt say no to any, to have that much space left in the bowl)
To make matters worse, another customer returned after discovering that her foot long meat sandwich had only two pieces of meat in it. The staff refused to remake the sandwich or offer a refund, leaving the customer visibly upset.
The policies and customer service at this location are absolutely ridiculous and unethical. They seem more focused on cutting corners and RIPPING customers off than providing a decent experience. I highly recommend avoiding this location until they take a serious look at...
Read moreWorst place ever!! Not kids friendly! I came this location today with my kids. They are 2yrs and 3yrs. Sometimes My kids were noisy and walking around inside store, so i tried to calm them down.But one of the employee? Manager, or owner? was staring at my kids and made the sound ‘she’ and kept staring at my kids while the employee was going to restroom. And when my 2yr old was sitting at the chair, the same employee was staring at my2yrs old baby long time again. When we finish eating, i told the lady that I am sorry my kids made noise but dont look at my kids like that. She said she tried to protect my kids from falling down? What a lie! If she really wanted to protect my kids, she’d better told me than looking with that unpleasant look toward my kids. I told her when my kids were sitting, she was staring at them. She said she didnt do that. And she said she can check her security camera. Lol so i told her please check the camera. Horrible experience. Definitely not a good place to visit. Now i can see the bad reviews of this locations. I understand why other reviewer said even one star is too much for this location. Don’t go this location!! My husband will contact with Subway...

I was a regular @ this establishment for almost 8+ years and always treated all the employees with respect even though @ time they mess up my order bc they don't speak or understand English,I never raised my voice or made a deal about. I even tipped pretty much 99% of the time if I had a a couple dollars regardless. I'm tired of trying to use Coupons that's for "ANY SUB" and being told by owner "At Participating Stores only." I'm also tired of seeing commercials for any Sub for $5 and being told "At Participating Store only" by the owner.
To me that's just greed and not a good way to treat your customers especially a regular that's been giving you business for almost 8+years. I haven't eaten here in almost a month and haven't looked back. Just remember folks the key word is "At Participating Stores only" if you try to use a Coupon or Promotion...
