READ ON, IT'S NOT ALL BAD! LOL 😆
GREATLY DISAPPOINTED! THEY DID MAKE IT RIGHT HOWEVER.
You may wonder after reading this why I would give them 4⭐ I gave them that many because of their positive attitude, friendless and prompt service when we contacted them about our order.
SO HERE'S WHAT WENT DOWN. Got the 6 pack and a pound along with 3 churros for the kids and three shrimp tacos. Now first of all, they only packed up and gave me 1 shrimp taco instead of the 3 I paid for. The potato ole's we're not even warm or crispy and even though I said no lettuce on the tacos, every single taco had freaking lettuce and we got the wrong drinks too boot! Contacted them and they were helpful with a nice attitude and polite they did fix it with a replacement of our order plus done extras.
We were unable to get the replacement order the day we ordered it as we were going to Lincoln and were on right schedule. Also, we haven't gone to collect our replacement order as of yet but will be doing so today May 18th and we will let you all know how this visit goes and post if we get the big let down again. So check back here for update about our experience with Taco John's!

UPDATE; May 19th 2022 We went in to get the replacement order and after a phone call to verify that I spoke to the assistant manager and the order, they replaced the entire order. Well, they wanted to replace entire order including the drinks but I told them the churros & drinks were fine & there's no need to give them again but hey they offered so that's cool! The replacement order was delicious, hot and fresh! It was made like we asked and tacos weren't skimped on fillings.

I had hurt my back twisting it the day before and I went back and was going to the drive through and returning it and they said Noooo. YOU can not bring that back through the drive through. I had explained to the manager I had trouble getting in and out of the car and she did not care. I ordered my food through the drive through and never ordered that cheese sauce and I was bringing it back the same way. NO again. I was then told I would have to bring the cheese sauce and the receipt as well and get iut of my car and bring it inside. Well knowing I had told them I was not hardly able to move very well but I was out paying Bill's that day and powering through the day. I then asked to have someone bring my one dollar and six cents to me in the parking lot and stuff. You know how they ask you to pull ahead and we will bring your order to you but just reverse role play. No that was denied as well. I said to my son because if the crummy attitude to seniors with disabilities. ME I would not eat there ever again well I wanted some if the potatoe rounds today so i went and my son and i ate there. So eating there gave me the chance to write this review of the way I got treated and the non going there a full year plus now. As a person that eats out often there are plenty of good places to eat in the area. Yes its only a dollar and tax. So what you say. Well when you get to living on a fixed income your one hundred pennies start to get a little tighter. Read moreYou guys were doing good in the beginning but then you started hiring just about anybody. Don’t hire people who can’t keep up. Waiting 15 minutes for the window lady to even talk to us. Gave her my money and asked if I could get an side of cheese and sour cream and she acted like I was burden because she didn’t ask me at the monitor thing. Got my food while she talked on the headset the whole time cause it got busy so I checked to see if it was right and of course it wasn’t so my boyfriend went in and the lady was rude as hell to him and told him that she wouldn’t give us the food we didn’t get but yet paid for. Then the guy at the register told my boyfriend she’s just mad cause she sent a lot of people home. Great way to be a manager whoever you are. Not to mention there was a car in front of us who sped off and a guy behind who pulled back into the parking as well as us because his order was wrong too.
