I’ve been to this new location 3 times each time they’ve fumbled and messed up my order. The first time was the week this location opened. I went through the drive through ordered pulled up was handed my drink the bag & receipt quick check of the bag looked like the right number and kind of items. Got home found out they gave me a completely different order than what I wanted and I was charged for what I wanted but got different items and more food ultimately. Second time I went same thing ordered got home and it was a completely different order but I was charged for what I received and got an extra freebie flat bread melt. This last time today tried ordering the Cantina crispy chicken box that was advertised on the menu and the loaded nacho on the value menu. I get my bag and drink do a quick check everything looks good head home and they gave me a #1 three crunchy taco’s meal and again I was charged for the number one and it wasn’t what I ordered. And the loaded nacho’s there was no cheese on them, one chip had guacamole on it, one chip had beans on it and one chip had maybe a teaspoon of meat on it. The food for the most part is always fresh prepped nicely but just double check/triple check your order before you pull Away and if you’re like me just rushing home with a toddler in the car you might not get what you ordered. Also the new digital menu is obnoxious and annoying. Read moreIGNORANT MANAGEMENT I had the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in any kind of food establishment. I came there on my lunch break and went through drive-through. A young man proceeded to take my order. while I was letting the young man know what I would like, I couldn’t help to notice that there was another man on the intercom mimicking, and repeating everything that I said back, but in a very loud strong accent, to what others may assume to be “talking black” or “slang” accent. But I am ignoring it at the beginning, and continuing to take my order. The young man who was taking my order, was laughing as the other guy was making fun of how I sound shortly after I was done with my order they were aware that I heard everything that was being said, once I came up to the window, the young man quickly apologized and told me that was not him which I knew already. He the let me know me that the manager was the person who was making fun of me and my accent and that his name was DOM. Another manager came to the window and let me know that he would not be coming to the window because of the possibility of any conflict. They went on to tell me that the only reason why he did that was because he didn’t think that you could hear him, which for me made it even worse because who knows how many times he makes fun of or racially profiles on a consistent basis there I just don’t even see how this behavior can you be allowed. Read moreI called Taco Bell to tell them about the horrible stench coming from the girls bathroom. I called up there talked to the so-called manager. He basically told me he doesn’t care and it’s not getting cleaned I don’t know the name of the manager, but I do know it’s a male he is very rude and apparently I cannot make a complaint about something that smells awful that is a health hazard and it smells AWFUL words cannot describe what it smells like the pad/ tampon box is full and that’s where the smell is coming from he told me what I just said he don’t care and it’s basically going to rot and smell so bad. This happen around 5:47 or 5:58 PM 7/12/25, I don’t know who it was but this happened at 1925 n telegraph rd Monroe mi 41862. It’s the new Taco Bell.
