Happy's Pizza — Restaurant in Frenchtown Charter Township

My family orders from this Happy's quite often. Store # 051 located in Monroe, Michigan. This is a positive review, but it starts out with a bit of a mishap. Thank you staff members Jerry and Antonio you guys are awesome. So today, I decided to order the smoked barbecue wings and fries dinner. I ordered out for delivery and when it arrived, it was the wrong meal. I called the store and Jerry answered the call and immediately recognized the mistake and was very apologetic. He then expedited, my replacement order with no issues. Both orders were delivered by Antonio whom displayed a great positive attitude throughout the mishap. Usually when I order anything with barbecue sauce, the box is all sauced up on the outside and the foil is dipped underneath the food items. But today, I don't know who packaged the food but it was PERFECT. No food on the outside of the box, the foil was clean, you couldn't even tell that I ordered anything with sauce. My napkins, we're not already used by the sauce but dry and ready for me to use on my own. The wings we're cooked well done and flavorful just the way I like them and the sauce was perfectly proportioned and evenly distributed amongst all the wings. I was so pleased with my order that I issued another call to let Jerry know how much I really appreciated the rectification and the quality of this meals packaging. It was a huge difference from the meal that I ordered last week. I appreciate and welcome this change. Hopefully, it continues as I will continue to order from this store.

Just ordered from here about 30 minutes ago before this review. Everytime I order from here the pizza taste so great, it's always consistently good. They never made a mistake on my pizza, I always order one large deep dish pizza with cheese and BEEF pepperoni, add extra pizza sauce and whatever flavor crust I'm in the mood for. I don't live within the delivery radius so I always order pickup which is fine with me I'd rather save the money for the delivery fee than be lazy.They told me it would be ready in 15 mins when I got there it was already done waiting for me to pay and check out. The staff is very friendly and customer service is good. I always place my orders over the phone I don't like mobile ordering from places I feel like when you call it increases the chance of Everything being made exactly how you want it. The deep dish Is amazing and the sauce is so good. Happy's pizza is one of the only chains to offer beef pepperoni and I love that because I do not eat pork so if it wasn't for places like this I wouldn't even be able to enjoy my favorite kind of pizza. Today was the worse service I've ever had and the Mananger shouldn't be one but I will let corporate know it all when I call them in the morning was told 45 min for my food took an hour and a half and three more calls to get it the last call I was assured my food was hot and just made before it left it got here I even told the driver the food was cold and in stead of the crapy Mananger replacing the whole 40 dollar order because comment since if one thing out of the order is cold the whole order is cold he's gonna offer 10 no see I'm getting my money back and yes we are what we could tolerate we were hungry waited an hour and.
