Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Monroe

We went last night as the power was out in our neighborhood. All the food was good besides the fries. They were not fresh and not hot, barely warm. But we ate them anyway. I will say a young gentleman took our order. He was very helpful, patients, and kind. We had a bigger order. Not too big but big enough. I believe the guy, I assumed is younger was named talon. I maybe spelling it wrong. He did great. He did however get confused on a placement of fries or something and asked the guy MO for help. If I am correct was the name and manager. Anyway. When doing so the lady or young lady behind them looked at him and snickered. Now that's my complaint. Why is that a complaint? Because I do not like going places when other workers are snickering, making fun, or being rude to one another. Having fun at work and watching teens have a good time is great. As I work with kids all the time and young teens. We sat down. The manager helped us since I couldn't read the ticket. I myself had a long day at work. Once they left the young girl did come up to us and asked if we needed anything and such. Which was nice. I appreciated that very much. Her customer service is great. I think just being helpful rather than making looks and snickering at a co-worker needs alittle worked on. The food was good. The flame sauce was ready good with the fries and...

Updated. Was in there a bit ago. Friendly staff nailed the order. Great job friendly faces nice work ethic with the current shift. Food was hot fresh and the cashier was very polite and diligent. Made sure the order efficient awesome experience! First time walking in. BEAUTIFUL location Wonderful staff Theyre polite Respectful Service wasnt too bad of a wait in all honesty with how much customers they had i was more than satisfied The New York cheesecake blizzard was suberb. I felt safe and secure Overall it was a great location to me I will continue to write more reviews The more i try the menu. But totally dude your missing out if you dont check out this exquisite...

I was on my way home from a busy morning 🌄 and decided to treat myself to the DQ Brazier burgers I use to love and discovered that they had changed their name to DQ Grille & Chill. The burgers are still the great ones from MY days gone by, I loved the Triple Cheeseburger Combo I ordered. The Onion Rings were so hot and crispy and, because I refilled it before leaving the store, my Sweet Tea is STILL delicious. Lol. They have drive thru and in store service and ample parking is available. No mask at this...
