Boba — Restaurant in Fresno

Food is good, boba drink is bomb and creamy!! Maybe boba pearls can be better. And that other jelly drink is delicious!! They do need better customer service tho. They are kind of slow. Nice people, but a bit slow and the way they take care of the next customers could improve. The Labb, is ok, not as great but it’s ok if I don’t wanna drive too far. But if I wanted some delicious labb or papaya , this isn’t the place lol. They’re good enough, just not as satisfying if you’re looking for some good...

This place was horrible. The sticky rice was disgusting, it stinks, it's wet, and it tastes like it was reheated.🤢 The sausage was gross, it tasted like just pork fat and salt, so so salty. Papaya salad was very plain, just tasted like straight up fish sauce. Spring rolls were decent, but we ordered shrimp AND pork spring rolls, got ONE shrimp spring roll, and the pork spring rolls were separate. My lunch was ruined. Was the only customer but order took longer than 10 minutes. The boba pearls tasted old, was not chewy and just fell apart in your mouth. The boba was mostly ice. Food portions are small. Sausages were undercooked. Asked for no tomatoes but received papaya with tomatoes. There are much better places for papaya, it was very bland. Overall experience was unpleasant and will not...
