Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Fresno

Ordered from Door Dash and none of my options came in, I got a plain carnitas butrito. I first called the actual restaurant and the manager told me to get a refund from Door Dash. My refund on an item I spent $9 plus door dash delivery taxes and charges was $3. A plain Carnitas burroto hardly worth eating.Is this a door dash failure, or Chipotle? What a terrible experience all around. Never doing business with Palm area Chipotle again. This was around 810pm on 8-14-2021....I first called the restaurant located on West Shaw and they said they would replace my burrito, but I wasn't in the system, I ordered from Door Dash so wasn't sure where it came from. After calling this place, which put me on hold for 6 minutes, I felt like they just shifted blame to one of their partners??? Door Dash. Maybe it was Door Dash's fault, maybe it was a glitch in the connection to Chipotle, either way whoever the manager of W. Palm Chiptole failed miserably. Lost our service forever over a simple burrito mix up.....how sad, but hey not...

Service and the way our food was prepared was horrible! We have always loved Chipotle. Been going there for years. But experiencing how disrespectful one of the workers were, and when asking politely how we wanted our food made, we didn't get what we ask for as regular customers. Customer service is everything!! What we wanted and how it was prepared is everything! Had to call back and complain about how our food was prepared. The manager told us to come back in to get our food right. When we got there and mentioned what the manager had said, they act like we were lying where we ask to speak to the manager and she was nowhere to be found to confirm that we had talked. No opoligize of any kind! We will not be going back. Were not the kind of customers who like to complain in anyway! But going through this, we had to. I live in the area and visit this chipotle often because my family and I enjoy the healthy choices available and wonderful customer service. I noticed tonight that there were orange cones blocking the very same place i parked my car yesterday afternoon. I was reversing my car a bit to park correctly in the lane never reaching the street area and pulled forward at a parking stop. I have a rearview camera in my car by the way. A white pick up truck with no camper was speeding so fast to the traffic light and ragedley honked at me several times. I was not in the street. That truck was going at least 15 plus mph. There are families walking their pets and children through the that strip mall. People need to learn how to be mindful and share the property. No need to block off that parking spot for 1...
