GameStop — Local services in Clovis

So I went and bought a new xbox series x, charging dock and rechargeable batteries. It was the gamestop version battery charger. These amazing gamers knowingly sold me a product that did not work with my new console. The batteries didn't fit into the new controller. They were for the old version of the controllers. That was utterly ridiculous. When I took them back, the attendant said, "Oh yeah, these are for the old controllers." I asked."Why would someone sell me these when I'm buying the new console?" The attendant replied with "Hmmm yeah, that is strange." Luckily, it was within the month I bought them still and was able to exchange them for something workable. But while I was trying to exchange them, there was a line. I stood in line and waited my turn like I'm supposed to. 25 minutes later, it is my turn. I thought! Someone had come in with an old console to sell to gamestop. Walked in, put it on the counter, and was seen within them being there for less than 5 minutes. It caused me and everyone else who had been waiting to have to wait another 20 minutes. I literally almost left my returnable faulty equipment and walked out with what I needed for being skipped... Who does that? What is this places issue? Besides that, meh...

I was super bummed out when the Sierra Vista Mall location closed there wasn't a lot of communication on any pre-orders I work down the street from this location so I stopped by and I actually ended up meeting the manager she was amazing explain all of the confusion how they were dealing with it and helped me get all my pre-order situated she also helped me on other pre-order since then and it's been a very easy process there I did have a few issues as Sierra Vista the last few years ever since Ryan left but I'm very happy the manager here and the employees are...

GameStop has always been one of my favorite places to shop for games and console accessories. The staff are always helpful and up to date on all the newest games and consoles. This is an especially good branch of GameStop. My brother and I have been coming here for a number of years now and we have never once been disappointed. The staff members are crazy friendly and they try to get to know you. The selection of collectibles is a fun addition. The prices are on par with what you would pay anywhere else. My only gripe with GameStop is the ridiculous...
