Terrible Customer Service & Incompetence

I’ve never been so disappointed with a donut shop before. Donut Queen might have decent treats, but their awful customer service and sheer incompetence ruin the experience.

First, the staff acted like they couldn’t care less—no greeting, no smile, just blank stares as if helping customers was a burden. I asked a simple question about their flavors, and the employee just shrugged and said, "I dunno, they’re all out there." Seriously?

Then, my order was wrong twice. I asked for a classic glazed and got a chocolate-filled instead. When I politely pointed it out, they rolled their eyes and gave me another wrong one! At that point, I...

Lady was rude to my senior citizen husband and myself who is disabled. She literally said we could not buy ham and cheese croissants and refused to add higher end donuts to the dozen we were getting. Even though we were happy to pay the difference in cost. She was put out by husband wanting to use his eecu card. Paid $18 for a dozen donuts that were dry and all basic ..ie sugar, coconut and chocalet.. this place is a rip off, has poor service and poor quality food.. probably...

You know it's like most of donut shops and you hear bad things about it and good things but I think the best thing about it was you can get good Donuts daily Donuts or yesterday Donuts I sometimes sells a little cheaper because they're not fresh but they have great.
